Check in was easy. Liked the 24 hour desk. The bed felt like sleeping on a kitchen table and the room smelled like people had been living in there for months. Needs more pillows. Good water pressure in the showers

Room had dirt on the desk. In my booking there was supposed to be refrigerator and microwave nether item was avaliable in my room. I had hair on my bed. Large amount of dirt on floor and under bed. Shoes would stick to floor. Outside of my room had a trash can that was overflowed and smelled horrible as it smelled like rotten trash. Customer yelling when we arrived same customer yelling when trying to check out. Dried blood stain on the mattress box springs. Will definitely not book at this location again.

Noisy - loud talking and door slamming all night long. Disrespectful people, no fault of the facility. Bed looked as if the sheets were not replaced after prior customer. Floors were filthy.
