The surround layout I liked a lot.
The room was very clean. The bed needed to be updated, the was very worn.
Definitely not as clean as Comfort Inn's that we have been in before. Also, my husband missed the cookies!:)
Nice and big lounge area. Did not feel trapped. Service was great, pool area nice and clean.
Breakfast was convient and filling. The beds were so comfortable and refreshing after a long drive. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
Lobby being remodel...kitchen facilities in the meeting room. Food service and quality was good. Children and adults were loud, the staff took care of the situation when I reported it.
Hotel is in the middle of renovations. No seating area in lobby due to on going work. Room was clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and cordial and the breakfast was good.

Very glad I decided to go with this hotel. Parking was a bit rough but very accommodating for a late check in. Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Had a menu for the restaurant we wanted to order from. Explained everything the amenities well. Only downside was there was no pot for the coffee pot in the room and there was no room amenities, i.e. shampoo, lotion, soap, coffee, tea or coffee cups. It was not a deal breaker though. The other thing was that the ice machine did not work on the 2nd or 3rd floor which was a little inconvenient. Breakfast bar was really good. One of the better ones we have ever been too. Will definitely stay again.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was great, the location was in a nice quiet town but close to St. Louis. Couldn't ask for anything more, especially at this price level.
This hotel is very nice and clean..great location to the water park!
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Loved the fact that I could smoke in my room, instead of standing outside in the freezing cold weather. I also loved the hot tub and pool. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm passing through.

Unfriendly,uninformed desk attendant at PM check-in.The website advertises truck parking but no designated area.LOTS of cobwebs on ceiling.The hotel gives NO reciept when you book thru [...]. Now the good stuff.Great location,nice hot tub,GREAT continental breakfast.Polite morning staff. I'll probably be back because of great location but may try other motels in area.There are lots to choose from.
