Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful, made staying there worthwhile. The pool area is less than appealing. The outside of the property was welcoming but the inside needs some maintenance. Paint chipping everywhere, buttons missing on the elevator, and an overall look of being worn. The rooms however were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Out side of building was nice but in side was not good...no clean and the room and hallway had a terrible smell.
Told they did not have a room for us, and be booked at Orbitz. Room was not vacuumed ( big pieces of glitter on the floor, no towels, TV looked like it was wiped with a greasy rag. Toilet had urine on the seat, furniture was dusty, garbage and towels in the hallway during the whole two day stay! Elevator was dirty, with grease hand prints on the door. Staff was out of control! We watched a house keeper try to break in a room for 4 hours and she got in pulled the cleaning cart in and closed the door, we think she may be living in the room! Car with flat tires in the parking lot that looked like it has been there for a while! We felt like we where staying in a crack house!
When I arrived at the room, there were food crumbs on the floor in front of the sink. It was obviously not swept after the last guest. Also, the TV channel list provided wasn't even close to being correct. The TV remote was also incorrect, and several functions would not work.
The property was located in a convenient place. The desk staff was very helpful, but the cleaning staff was neither consistent or thorough.
The room was really humid but I’m sure that was all the weather. The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was free so I can’t complain much.
Hotel looks nice overall, and the breakfast was hot and tasty. I gave a lower cleanliness rating, because a suit from a previous guest was hanging in my closet. It makes me wonder about the attention to detail when cleaning the rooms.

Steve or Steven (the front desk clerk) was so friendly and accommodating. The room which had a king bed was very spacious with a little “living room” nook that we really liked. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The only complaint, and it wasn’t even a big deal, is that the lobby and hallways were extremely hot and humid. Once the room cooled down it was easy to keep cool. We were honestly shocked there were so many options for breakfast and that it was actually very good. The price, staff, and location made this hotel a perfect choice for our weekend stay. Thanks so much.

Clean, warm, cozy, friendly, and quiet hotel. Has a pool, gym, business center, snack bar, breakfast buffet, and a "free" cookies and coffee. Best place for a business trip.
