This property charges a pet fee that was automatically charged to our card and we received the fee notice when we checked out the following morning. Most la Quinta hotels do not charge a pet fee so this was surprising and disappointing. I would rather stay at a nicer hotel if I am going to have to pay a pet fee.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the St. Louis, MO area that needs quick access to downtown. You can get there in under 15 minutes.

They Allow pets and don’t clean the rooms very well so there is a pet hair all over. My son is allergic to dogs and was sick the whole stay.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night, as we were only there for a baseball game in St. Louis. The hotel was decent looking but it could use some upgrades. They could use bigger TV’s in the room. The room was clean but the air conditioning wasn’t working. The staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel was a short drive to St. Louis, which was nice.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great check-in experience. The lobby and rooms are in nice condition.

The only detail was the broken elevator and the room keys were not possible been programed having to aks a front desk to open the room for us everytime when we need it. It is difficult when you arrived late (midnight) and you want to arrive quickly to your room without any issue. After that, the room was really confortable. Basic breakfast enough to continue a long trip from Mexico to Michigan.

NIce room except my door was loose and did not shut tight. Door lock was also loose and funky. No desk lamp so had to have all room lights on to see at desk.

had things to do on both side of the river. From here it was fast to The Casino Queen and St. Louis Airport. We even ran back to pick up hockey rickets I forgot and it wasn't that big of a detour.

We were very pleased with the friendly, attentive staff, the clean new facility, and the quiet safe location. We love the fact our dogs are welcome and stay without cost. Breakfast was adequate and fresh. We definitely will stay here again as our stop over on the way to Nashville.

5 day stay and not once was our room serviced. Room was not ready for us to check in after traveling. No clean towels. Staff smoking pot in the stairwell. Very dismissive attitudes.

Only stayed 1 night while driving cross country. Staff was great. And they accommodated my dog which was perfect! Once checked into the room it was big and spacious looked nice. Once you got settled in u noticed it was just not as clean and the rest of the hotel looked. The door was stupid loud and almost came off the lock. And the walls. We're oaper thin. Plus everyone's else's doors dragged like ours and was horribly loud. We stayed in the first floor and could hear ppl walking around upstairs. And even if u whispered in the hallways it was as if they were standing outside your door. TV was small but sufficient for one night and a good price. There are plenty of places to eat whthin walking distance and lot was well let. I would say it's a safe travel place I would recommend it if u can accommodate basic.

The bed didn't have a comforter on it when we walked in, they had to come in and make the bed. The lock was broken on our room door. They ran out of breakfast by 9am. We heard snoring loudly through the wall. I was told that the manager would call me and never did. We got there at 2am and they gave the room that I prepaid away. Which is why our room wasn't ready at 2am... we were told the blankets were still in the dryer even though we arrived way after check in time. It was so much wrong. They apologizedidn't but did nothing.

De'ja and Adeline were very friendly and helpful.

Clean quiet lots of food options and right by the convention center would stay again

good one night stay

We only stayed at the hotel for one night, as we were only there for a baseball game in St. Louis. The hotel was decent looking but it could use some upgrades. They could use bigger TV’s in the room.
