It was the worst experience I have ever had. Before I even get to the hotel to check in they say I gave them a positive survey. Lairs I had not even got there yet. Check in 3pm arrive at 5:30 room still not ready, elevator broken, front desk was not helpful she was rather rude,

Mold in shower, husband could not get wheelchair in room, when asking owner to move chair to accommodate he stated there is no where to move it. And proceeded to raise his voice at my husband. No reciept on leaving facility and charges extra for dog but not disclosed in booking. Will never stay here again

This was our second stay this month. There are a few improvements that would make me rate this a little higher. The negatives: The lamp shade needs to be replaced. A new bathroom fan was installed but it didn’t fit the space from the old one. It looked horrible. The bathtub wasn’t that clean. The heat didn’t work. The elevator still does not work. The positives: The front desk clerk was very friendly. It’s a nice location. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. Other than the bathtub and dusty lamps the rest of the room was fairly clean.
A few extra steps and this could look better.
Very poor patch job.
Please throw away.
