I paid for the breakfast buffet package only an extra $20 but “the chef didn’t show up” so I had to get the regular continental breakfast. A refund was never offered. For a hotel that was not very busy on Mardi Gras weekend in the St Louis area you think they would try and accommodate and make guests happy. The staff were the only saving grace when I checked in and the two ladies working that morning.
The bathroom in my room was not in good condition, paint peeling, toilet loose, shower diverter not working properly, crummy caulking in tub shower. Time for a serious makeover.
It was newly renovated & the mattress was nw so that’s nice.

Close to main roads and restaurants. There was only one person working at the desk and a long line at checkin. Computers weren’t working. Desk attendant had a hard time figuring out how to put our son’s room on our bill.
It was well cleaned and comfortable. Thernostat was set to 77 and took us a while to figure out why it was so hot
Booked a suite, they put us in a terrible handicap room. When I asked to be moved the lady at the front desk lied to me and said they were completely booked. Was there for a fraternal event that had 10 rooms left over.
We were planning to stay in St. Louis but the Cardinals' playoff success forced us to look further afield. The Hilton Garden Inn offered a good solution - very comfortable, spacious room, above-average fitness center and pool and really helpful staff. Because we also visited the Cahokia site in western IL, the location turned out to be excellent, and not a bad drive from St. Louis.
Good hotel. Not very private tho. Made mostly of wood. Can hear everything from every room. Hard to fall asleep.
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was very pleasant and peaceful. I was attending a retirement of a military friend over the weekend at Scott AFB and the proximity was excellent. The price was reasonable. I plan to stay in this hotel again when I am in the O'Fallon area.
The hotel was in a great location, close to a lot of places to shop and eat, the staff was wonderful, and I wanted to take the bed home with us, it was so comfortable!
Great hotel for the money. Will be staying there again when I return to the area.
the hotel was beautiful inside and out with a helpful staff and a great location
We ordered room service one evening and it was brought quickly and was very tasty. Both mornings for breakfast we order whatever we wanted from the grill, additionally they have great items on the buffet. The grounds have a beautiful pond and walking trail. We will return again soon.

Hello Wessley, we're so sorry for the inconvenience you faced while here this past weekend, our staff should have handled the situation better and offered you something while you were here. Our chef did have a private matter that came up on their way in and unfortunately we were not able to serve hot breakfast that morning. Please reach out to our property if we can do anything to assist!
