The place served its purpose. Every place I stay in, I do a bathroom floor wipe test. We found some hair--maybe housekeeping didn't do as good a job. The room itself was fine.

Desk attendants not helpful at all. Parking lot taken up by two car carriers. Management did nothing. Bedding consists of top sheet over a comforter over a top sheet. Mattress pad was two sizes too small for the bed. Indoor pool was an uninviting fluorescent green. Non-smoking floor reeked of smoke. Management did nothing. Will not make the mistake of staying there again.
Stayed here going and coming back from our Florida vacation. It was a great place to stay and was very close to a shopping mall and multiple dining places. Their breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Highly recommend.
The hotel is just average and ordinary. I was on business and my destination was in the same shopping center as the hotel so that worked out well. The staff was somewhat inept as the man at the front desk kept messing up and it took almost 20 mins to check in.
Generally disappointed even for a budget class hotel. Location was great and the Hotel seemed fairly new. General upkeep was not to par. The crib and crib bedding we ordered for our infant were dirty and the general bedding had not been properly laundered (blatant food stain on one of the blankets).
I stayed here while receiving training for my job. This hotel was comfortable. I enjoyed the continental breakfast. Access is little off the beaten path, but it is still easy to find. The room was comfortable and did not feel cramped. It has plenty of restaurants in the area.
We were visiting relatives in Freeburg Illinois and this was a great place to stay. Fresh fruit in the lobby and coffee if we wanted plus the morning breakfast was wonderful. Could not ask for anything better. The room was great but the view was not. We would stay there again on our next visit to Freeburg. Thank you.
