They have zero standards for cleanliness and are so cheap or indifferent they won't replace simple things like torn shower curtains. The breakfast only runs to 900 and when I showed at 800 to get some waffles, of course they had run out and refused to bring out more "because it would take too long". Never mind all the sketchy characters running around. AVOID

Our room had furniture that was damaged and paint flaking off the walls in spots. I had to get 2 light bulbs from the front desk to replace burnt out ones over the sink.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was in disrepair, furniture broken, curtains deteriated to the point they no longer close all the way. These are things that the owners could improve, things that that can't and I realize is the amount of noise from the upper level was intolerable. I could not rest and ended up leaving just a few hours there.

If my stay wasn't great i usually say nothing as we can all have a bad day. This was another level. My firstvroom, the curtain torn, stuff on wall, food on picture. They gavevme another room. Something tgat looked like a drink had been sprayed on the bathroom wall and room hadn't been dusted. I stayed one night. The next day I saw a roach go across the vanity and that was it. Luckily, i had not opened my suitcase all day, but did check it for bugs before i checked out. I did get my refund with no argument, so I can say a positive thing did happen.

There was a werid smell when you got there. They had small pillows, was not able to get comfortable. Their pool heater was “broken”. They also had very minimal weights in their gym. It did not look like the pictures at all. Checked out early because I was so unhappy.

Staff was Amazing upon check-in. So grateful they allowed cash deposit, especially after my card was stolen. I stopped by another hotel I've stayed at previously and was not willing to work with me. They were very adamant about having a card on file for deposit 🙄. I would most definitely stay at this location in the future.
