Pool was cold and had a green color. Asked for an extra towel and seemed like a difficult task. Breakfast wasn't appealing. When in the hall you could hear into people's rooms or you could hear them out in the hall. Bathroom was small, no room on toilet. There was $100 deposit. Not worth the money for the room.

Pre-paid for stay and called to verify deposit. I was told $50. Got to location and deposit was $100 & would take 15 days per their bank to be refunded. I explained that I had just spoke with someone and he said no I had not even after showing him on my phone that I called. I explained that I was prepared for a $50 deposit not $100 he refused the $50 and said he would not refund the room. Who holds a deposit for 15 days? I am disputing this as I didn't stay at location with no help from them

The facility was overall in disrepair and the pool was unclean. The rooms were mediocre and the shower was a huge disappointment, especially because the water pressure was nonexistent. Finally, the breakfast was also a disappointment. I didn’t really enjoy my stay.

Hotel was dirty and unkept. Staff attention was poor. Desk clerk at check in was hard to understand. Room was dirty with areas tgat appeared to not have been cleaned in weeks or months. Food crumbs found in tv dresser shelves and areas by bathroom sink cabinet. Areas arou d the room looked unvacuumed. Splatter of something was on doors, cabinets, and ceilings. Cabinet for room fridge was broken, shelving trim was broken, coffee pot was broken. The kids did not want to swim in the green pool even if the co struction workers werent drinking and leaving a bunch of beer cans on patio with the door held open. Breakfast area was not well kept or stocked. We decided to not try and eat there tge second morning.

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and the water was so cold that after 10 minutes the kids lips were turning blue. Our room was awful. The fridge leaked water all over the floor, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the doorknob was broken, the dresser was broken, the tv didn't work right most of the channels didn't work. Breakfast was very limited. The food was not refilled after it ran out.

Overall the hotel looked dirty. From a cigarette butt in the middle of the vestibule to bits of paper on floor, you could tell no one vacuumed in a while. Stains on carpet, green pool water, overall shabby appearance, front desk clerk who would rather hang on her phone rather than police the trash in front of her. Would not recommend to anyone.
