Clean hotel and friendly staff. The Wifi was terribly slow and frustrating. For the room price it should have a small room refrigerator.

This hotel was okay for the money. Most all other hotels were booked when we made this reservation. It is a pricey hotel. I would have rather stayed at a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn because I feel like it is a better value for the money. One of the rooms we had did not have a good shower, the temperature was extremely difficult to adjust to the right temperature. Both rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. I just would have expected something more for the money we paid for the rooms. I would only stay here again if it was the same situation where almost all other hotels were booked.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed cookies also.

Staff was friendly, okay for a quick stay, There for business, and was close to all dining and nightlife

Rooms were clean and my Kids loved the pool. Will stay there again when I go back to St.Louis

The hotel lobby was gorgeous, the rooms were comfy the staff was helpful. There was no hot tub or sauna available, there was no breakfast served, the television / cable selection was basic at best. (we wanted to watch a Blackhawks game) and ended up in a dive bar in town after consulting the staff and being directed to a buffalo wild wings some 15 miles away. Paris Hilton, you wouldn't spend a night here.....

Spent night with three young kids, pull out sleeper sofa was great for them, room was spacious, but the bathroom was too small. Measured less than 6 feet deep so tough maneuvering when opening and closing door.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will be staying here again.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunally I can't say the same about Collinsville but, that's not the hotel fault. If you're in Collinsville this is the place to stay.

I had a great time at Doubletree in Collinsville. Everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly.

Overall, this hotel is quite good. Friendly staff, warm cookies when you arrive, free wireless, free parking, pretty much everything one should ever need in a hotel. Location is pretty good, right off the interstate but situated in a way that you don't hear any traffic noises. My only problem with this hotel was that I asked for a crib and it was not in the room when I arrived. It took almost an hour and two phone calls to the front desk to finally get it in the room.

Only thing missing was run of the mill continental breakfast. Did offer breajfast buffet at restaurant in hotel and other locations nearby were easily reached. Staff was super. Great stay overall.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bedding and room. Liked the free warm cookies at check-in! Pretty much the best place to stay in Southern Illinois

Some lights didn't work in room. Very nice hotel though. As Hilton rewards member was treated very well. Not allowed to get a late checkout, however.

Hotel description said rooms had a separate suite area. This feature didn't exist upon our arrival. Besides this, the stay was very good.

Hotel was very nice for a weekend stay.

The room did not have everything in it that was guarenteed on the internet booking. The bed was not a King mattress, but more of a glorified queen. There was no refrigde or microwave. The bathroom was old and needed cracks patched. The pool was over chlorinated and the pool deck was filthy. I was shocked that doubletree would have less than average rooms and a disgusting pool.

I've stayed at the hotel several times over the past year and it gets better every time I stay. The location is perfect just off the highway and it's only 10 minutes from downtown St. Louis. I save at least $25.00 a day compared to a downtown hotel just on parking alone. I will continue to stay here when I'm in town.

It was a nice place, but its to far from everything so it will cost tons of taxi fares unless you have your own car. Alot of the food was terrible and way over priced. I would try a sample if you can before ordering anything or you might end up trashing most of the food or makeing your self sick eating it lol
