The staff were pleasant, but when checked in all that was told to us was where to park and the location of our room, nothing about breakfast. There was no info in the hotel room that went over this either so we had to ask. The hotel itself was updated, but could use a little work on room cleaning as walking on the floors kept dragging particles into our beds from our feet. Also, one of our "clean" washclothes had small black hairs all over it. I'm not sure if that came from where it was folded and layed out or where I had placed it in the shower (thankfully I saw it before use). That all being said, the hotel was what we expected for the price and the update made it better than when we stayed a couple years ago. The location is perfect for the convention center and it was a totally fine hotel for a 1 night stay.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious rooms all at a great price! Breakfast was definitely minimal but they were going through construction, which made the lobby a little dusty as expected. Pool was not working due to replacing a handicap chair but I was notified via email before my stay. Customer service was excellent. Already booked for same event next year!

We came to town for a cheer competition. First we noticed the pool was out of order. After a long day of competitive cheer we thought the pool would be a good way to unwind for the night. Next we get to our room. Stained bed linens and the floor being so dirty that the children’s feet were black.

The night staff was super nice and helpful! Check in was easy. The room was nice, no weird smells, TV, wifi and air unit were all good. The walls in the bathroom and sink area, light switches, hair dryer and remote could have used a good cleaning. So i took one star awya.
