Stylish soace, with excellent staff. Nothing was bad from the experience.
Spacious rooms. Elevators had sometimes long wait, but were being worked on (May 2019).
The hotel was in a great location near the river and walking distance from all the great attractions.
The staff was very friendly, assistive, and inviting to guests.
Had a issue with the room not being cleaned the next day after arrival. I had to request extra towels and removed the trash myself from the room for pick up the next day. The issue was resolved promptly by the concierge desk.
The location is awesome. We walked to everything. It was clean. The room was small but served our needs. The 2 hotels that are separate but together were a little confusing.
