I commend them for still providing hot breakfast. The only issue we had was the pillows were small ...

The location was great. Easy walking distance to downtown. The room was clean, which for us is a top priority. Everything else about the hotel just felt kind of average. The hotel was in a nice area and the decor was really nice. The lobby bar was good, but the bartenders could use some coaching. A fire alarm also went off at 5:30am for 10 minutes and the staff said nothing! On one evening, I had to call the front desk @ 6:30pm to ask them to light the fire pits, ...
The hotel staff gave e a very nice room overlooking Solvang and it was on the second floor. Beds are beyond comfortable and pillows were perfect
Nice hotel in the middle of Solvang. Old and outdated but clean and spacious. It served its purpose. It had a musky smell that went away but will say it was very clean amd super close to everything so I give it a good score. Close to Paula's Pancake House that serves great breakfast, bakeries, gift shops and of course awesome wineries. Wineries and shops close early but restaurants close before 11p.m.
We only stayed one night as we were working our way to L.A. Hotel was very comfortable, great breakfast! We loved the location and would recommend it all our friends!
Room was clean and comfortable. Neighboring room had loud children, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Appreciated that there were bikes available to use. Cute town.
