The staff and grounds people were super friendly and the hotel is adorable. It is a great location for walking the shops. My mom needed a bottom floor, so we called to request one and this was accommodated. My biggest complaint is the room. I will start by saying we were there over a rainy week. Not sure if it was due to the rain or not, but the room was musty and smelled horrible- like the drains needed cleaning. There was no fan in the bathroom making it even worse.

The shower water ran out past the shower curtain by a few inches. it was a handicapped room but the shower drain was not working. They were not able to fix it while we were staying in the room. There were ants in the kitchen after it rained and we did not have any food in the kitchen. The area outside by the hot tub had spider webs with spiders all over the walls next to the tub. They were not new webs. The gym flooded and was not open the entire time we were there. The staff did reduce the cost of the room after we complained about the multiple issues we had. The rooms in the area we stayed in need to be redone. They are run down.

I freaking love this place. First off the customer service was Awesome! They have a texting system that is really convenient. At like 930 at night I asked for a flatter pillow and they searched all around and they found one. At 7 o’clock the next night I requested two more logs for the fire and they brought it up. When I wanted to tip, they said no thank you. they had a good breakfast, which was free lots of juice, tea coffee. The grounds were very clean. The gym was a good size and very adequate. The location is perfect. It’s pretty much in the middle of town. You just have to go one street over and you’re there. Everybody was just super great. I had a great feeling. Everything was comfortable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Wine Valley Inn. We stayed in one of the loft rooms and it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Some of the furniture was a little outdated though. The location is great and the staff was so nice. On Sunday, they gave each guest a glass of wine and in the mornings they provided breakfast. Breaksdt included cereal, oatmeal, juices, eggs, yogurt, sausage and different breads. The property is cute and we loved the different fireplaces you can sit at.
