The staff and grounds people were super friendly and the hotel is adorable. It is a great location for walking the shops. My mom needed a bottom floor, so we called to request one and this was accommodated. My biggest complaint is the room. I will start by saying we were there over a rainy week. Not sure if it was due to the rain or not, but the room was musty and smelled horrible- like the drains needed cleaning. There was no fan in the bathroom making it even worse.

The room was clean but very badic, although appeared to have recentlybeen painted, the grounds were nice. I honestly feel the rooms are overpriced. Elevator only goes to 2nd floor, so its a chore to hall your luggage to your room, and when leaving down the stairs. It was a great location.
