Power outage

Cute hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff at front desk. Everything was perfect except for the power outage. No light. No A/C. Plus we were on second floor. Sweat was running down my face when the power was out. I had to jump in the shower in the dark. The power outage really messed up our trip. We didn’t receive a discount. We were offered a refund if we left but the surrounding areas were all booked. I checked twice. Instead we were given a bottle of wine

Nice cute hotel

Conveniently located at the entrance of downtown Solvang, the famous Paula’s pancake house and Olsen Bakery right across the street from our hotel room. I’m so glad I’ve chosen this little place to overnight while on our way to Santa Barbara, we’ll definitely be back.

I loved that it was right on the main strip. Across the street from some good breakfast spots and shopping. So close to everything. Rooms were very spacious and only 16 rooms so not a lot of traffic.
