This is a beautiful property with amazing courtyards. The room was almost perfect, it was a bit dirty from the previous guest but wasn’t a deal breaker. The security lock for the door was nonfunctional as it was missing one piece to actually connect the door to the wall. Ice machine did not work so we went out and bought a bag of ice, good news is it fit perfectly in the freezer. The biggest problem was the WiFi, I stayed 2 nights and the WiFi was no existent. We checked in about 7pm and noticed it didn’t connect and or it would connect but say that there is no internet connection. They provided us with a separate WiFi, but same story. Had to use my hot spot to get some work done but such a huge bummer especially since they advertise free WiFi. Now I understand free WiFi could mean slow speeds but unfortunately we couldn’t even get a page to load. Would love to return as it is such a great property, however if they don’t get the WiFi fixed I don’t believe I will return.

The new renovation clearly focused on the outside and public spaces more than the interior spaces. We enjoyed the very firm mattress but others may not as much. The amenities (fridge with freezer, keurig, microwave, water) were all nice. Why not also include a real mug? Surprisingly good sound protection between the rooms— not as much with car noises outside. We had a remote check in due to arriving after the office was closed which was fine but then the WiFi didn’t work and couldn’t find anyone to help. Turns out they changed the name of the *secured WiFi network. How was anyone supposed to know?

Cute and comfy room. Was clean and good location but the WiFi didn’t work and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom. Better when we opened the window but there are only first floor rooms. Staff left at 6pm so no one to tell.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no AC for the bedroom. The shower was an open walk in concept, meaning there was an opening at all times for water to go everywhere. The water pressure in the shower was none existent. And the TV in the bedroom wouldn’t connect to any of the 3 WiFi services they had. All for the reasonable price of $1400 for 3 nights,

Staff went out of their way to make sure we were checked in, settled in and comfortable. We had a room by the back garden and loved the peaceful area they created. The room was spotless and refreshed with whatever we needed. We’ll be back for sure.
