Not clean a lot OF Stains n the bed sheets and towels we use. The sink was clogged. Not satisfied
First day, hotel said that they didn’t receive any reservation. (Check in time was 3am. They allowed to stay) next day, I’ve comunicated with orbitz and resolved problem of reservation. But, I’ve reserved 3 person for 1room by orbitz, they charged extra for 3rd person. ($92). I think this hotel is scam.
small room with 2 beds, expected in a budget hotel. Amenities are awesome- hairdryer, kettle, coffee/tea, bottled water, fridge. Shampoo & toothpaste/ toothbrush provided. the only downside was the NOISE & banging of doors on the first level where we stayed. The banging of doors were repeated at least 10 times, it stopped at around 11pm.
Excellent for the price we paid ..they allow us to check in earlier , room was clean and pleasant for resting before long flight to Europe ! we will come back ! Thank you
You can hear everything from next door and there is no hand soap.
Everything is good except the wall is very thin. 8m a heavy sleeper and still can't sleep. Everything someone walks by, used the toilet (upstairs) or cleaning staff working in the hallway, I can hear EVERYTHING. If you are the type that are out the hotel by 7am or 8am at the earliest, then maybe it's ok for you.
There is a reason that the hotel does not allow cancellations and this a cause to be suspicious. Firstly, room cleanliness could be improved - it was obvious that the shower (and its glass doors) have not been cleaned for some time. It's obvious that the rooms are not cleaned thoroughly enough - as hair and dust was found in a few places. Additionally, not much is provided in the bathroom in terms of amenities - outside of old (at times very worn) towels and a commercial soap dispenser inside the shower - for which you have to reach for if you want to wash your hands in the sink. Apparently it serves as a body wash, shampoo and hand soap. Lastly, the mattress on the bed is hard and thus not the most comfortable. Also, beware that not all rooms come with windows at this hotel - which the Orbitz site does not state.
The only thing i did not like is unprofession of staff to say we only give water once a day if you want more buy at 7/11
Good value hotel if you looking to spend a night or two that's the place close to all Sex night life in Singapore don't excoect luxury but worth the 30$ a night stay
