The efficiency of the hotel staff and procedure was incredible. At booking we were not able to secure 2 beds so we enquired at the front desk during check-in. They did not have the room configuration for us but gave us a proposal to have the sofa converted to a bed which we gladly accepted. When we proceeded immediately to our room, housekeeping was already making the final touches for the sofa bed. There were other aspects like providing a birthday cake which also demonstrated their lighting speed reaction.

The hotel is gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious but what stands out at The W Sentosa is the staff. Every single one of them go above and beyond to ensure your trip is the best it can be. Vince and Noel, the two concierges, take the time to get to know you by name and made sure they knew what we were up to each day, provided recommendations and make the children feel like rock stars during their stay! The W hotel was a very luxurious and friendly experience. My family particularly enjoyed cocktails around the pool. The breakfast buffet was a good start to each day, with enough variety to keep my family happy.

The staff was Excellent. Accomodating and caring. Noel, one of the concierge staff, made our stay especially memorable. He had special cakes waiting in our room on several occasions and some speakers for my daughters phone. Vince, the other concierge was super helpful as well. Clarrisa at the breakfast reception was awesome and always made us feel welcome. All the staff was terrific, actually. The location is right on the free bus route that we always used to move around the area in combination tith the Sentosa Express and cable cars. They change the QR code for free travel on the Sentosa Express is updated every 3 days, so keep that in mind. Universal was great and the Oeanarium was well worth the entry fee. We will definitely be returning.

We loved our stay at the W Sentosa Island. The hotel was gorgeous and the friendly and accommodating staff, buffet breakfast and pool were highlights for us. There’s a handy shuttle bus which is useful for getting you around the island. We would visit again in a heartbeat!
