I am typically a big fan of the W brand, but this hotel left me feeling disappointed. For $500 per night I did not get a free breakfast and they charged me $90 per nights for a rollaway bed for my 7 year old daughter. Everything in the room had a price tag on it. Bottle of water $5. Stuffed animal (about the size of the free one given away by Conrad) $20. I felt like I was in a gift shop with seemingly everything I looked at having a price tag. Service and experience was disappointing. Nobody offered to help us with our luggage. Check-in took 12 minutes and there was nobody in line. The noise at the pool was so loud that we left after 15 minutes. It was so bad we could even hear the loud pool music in our room and certainly could not open our sliding door to enjoy the ocean breezes. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The windows were dirty. There are plenty of places in Singapore that still remember what it is like to provide a great experience. Seems this hotel has forgot about that.

It was the Singapore Yacht Show 2018 weekend and I happened to have 2 VIP pass to attend with my partner! As we had a wedding dinner to attend the same night at the W Singapore Sentosa Cove hotel, I decided to arrive there first to check if I could leave my suit with the front desk until I return after the yacht show. The hotel was a sponsor for the event and my request was promptly accepted. I was directed to the concierge desk and was greeted by Azry. He was polite and friendly, gladly taking my garment bag for safekeeping. During the yacht show, it rained very heavily and we returned to the hotel damp and dishevelled. Azry was again manning the concierge desk and greeted us as we returned. Seeing us in our state and remembering we had a wedding to attend, he grabbed us two towels without hesitation and arranged for us to wash up using the spa shower facilities! We were thoroughly surprised and impressed with Azry's thoughtfulness and the warm hospitality he extended, which has me convinced of the high level of service that the W Brand is known for. A big thank you once again to Azry for making this such a beautiful day and memorable visit to the W Singapore Sentosa Cove Hotel!!! 👍👍👍

Awesome spread for seafood and meat! Himani at Kitchen Table was the best at taking care of our table :) she even served hot water with ginger because she noticed my voice was course :) very sweet to the kids with us as well. Will recommend to everyone for brunch :)

W Singapore is true to the brand. It is both luxurious and relaxing. The staff are brilliant, the service is like being at a friends place. The staff literally made us feel like we had nannies, they were so good with our two boys. The pool is hours of fun and every restaurant in the resort and around the cove are of a high quality and priced accordingly. The highlight, the Segway rentals were a hit with the whole family. The spa has every treatment you could possible want and the gym is well appointed. We loved the week here and will definitely go back.

Being the W brand I expected much more in regards to and my wife paid alittle extra being our 10 year anniversary...we arrived at the hotel expecting someone to go over our weeks itinerary and nothing...we requested a meeting with the concierge to go over our week holiday in what to do and what to see...they just gave us a pamphlet and said your best cabbing it and ubering around and booking yourself...we had 3 employees come to our room with balloons and cake to welcome us and congratulate us on our anniversary which was nice. The only person who went above and beyond their call of duty was the kitchen table restaurant manager that offered us booking at the bbq seafood brunch which they had on the weekend (We couldn’t enjoy as I had an accident and spent the day in hospital) they had and went through all the things they had on in the restaurant...he noticed we weren’t at the brunch and the next day he saw us at breakfast and asked if everything was ok as I fractured my arm and asked if there was anything he can do to make up for what we missed at the brunch which went a long way with me in his customer service..he noticed we were from Australia and went out of his way to buy us a jar of vegemite for us which we greatly appreciated...didn’t catch his name but he was well mannered, well presented and bald and looked Indian decent (I think)...he was the only pleasant part of our stay at the hotel...wouldn’t stay there again if my life depended on it and would happily pay extra for another hotel.

This hotel has got to be on my top list. Lovely location in the harbour. Hotel is well maintained throughout, very clean with good facilities. Well equipped gym. Only down side is the WiFi is not the best. They do have a nice wired station for you to work from with printer etc. When we next fly to Singapore we will pay a visit.

Our first time at W Sentosa over Easter weekend and kids and I enjoyed our stay from the moment we checked in till our departure. Kids were awed by the Pillow Menu and enjoyed their order of extra special pillows during our short stay. We also loved the late lunch we had at The Kitchen Table and my son enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next day on his own with the help of the same staff who served our lunch. Thanks for making him feel at home. My youngest also enjoyed the segway ride after we checked out as he was able to ride on his own along the marina, making him feel grown-up. We didn't get to use many of the other facilities bec we ended up chilling in the room most of the time, thoroughly enjoying the big bay windows, super comfortable bed and overall spaciousness of our wonderful room :)

The room is spacious with a nice view of the sea and pool view. The reception is located on the 2nd storey. The balcony of each room offers a spectacular view on both day and night. The only issue is the distance travelling into the hotel which has many speed trap cameras installed along the route.

A wonderful afternoon with great tea, snacks and friends. Very friendly staff especially Joyce at the Woo Bar. She knows everything about the drinks an food inside and out. Very accomodating and pleasant. Definitely worth the stop.

We stayed for five nights. The hotel has quite an eccentric theme to it. All sorts of odd decor everywhere. The hotel is a bit out of the way and you need to catch a bus to see the attractions. The swimming pool was great and the marina nearby was nice. The breakfasts were great, offering a selection of Chinese, Indian and European cuisine - great selection. Our room was ok but not really cleaned very well. The room was a bit tired looking. Probably not worth the rate we paid for it. The staff were very helpful and polite.
