This is a nice hotel, and after 26 hours of traveling, it was a much needed place to grab a little sleep and relaxation before continuing our journey. Like the other reviews, my only complaint is the high cost. It is expensive for what you get. But, like they say, "Location, location, location".
Good place to rest during transit.
This hotel is great - as long as you like staying in a run-down roadside Motel 6 and paying $330/night. This hotel makes crappy 1-star hotels in India look good. What a complete ripoff - they are price gouging to take advantage of visitors who have to stay behind security due to Covid restrictions. They should be ashamed of themselves! Bed is tiny and hard as a rock. Threadbare sheets and towels that should have been thrown out and replaced 5 years ago, Two pillows total that are flat and hard and smell like the ten thousand people who have used them. They should have been replaced 10 years ago. Food choices for the "free dinner and breakfast" were completely disgusting! I wouldn't feed this stuff to the pigs - they'd refuse to eat it too. Sink doesn't drain, etc, etc, I could go on and on. I will never stay here again, and I would recommend against it for all traveling through Singapore. Had I known how bad this place is, I would have gone through the extra hassle of entering the country and stayed at a real hotel in Changi.
Hated arriving to chairs covered in polythene
Food was ordinary.
Everything is fine
This place is a rip-off like I’ve never seen before anywhere else in the world. They are advertising big bright rooms with big windows, and later put the guests in a tiny windowless hole. When asked about the photos of the room they display on their websites, the answer is: “Oh, that was only for illustration purposes”... no refrigerator, room not clean, highly arrogant, obnoxious and hostile staff, disgusting and unclean food (served when already cold), etc. etc.... and that comes for 270 Singaporean dollars. This is Outrageous, to say it mildly. It’s cheating on customers and should not be allowed to further operate under the given circumstances.
This hotel cannot be compared with normal hotel stay. Only redeeming factor of this hotel is the convenience of location for catching flights from terminal 3. A coupon for a meal is provided with the stay at the adjoining lounge. Quality of food and service at this cafeteria is worse than any fast food restaurant in the US.
We were very tired about a 16 hour flight. We had a 12 hour lay over so this was wonderful. The hotel was central in the airport, clean and quiet. We arrived at our final destination rested and relaxed. Breakfast was fine too.
Overall the hotel was quiet and we were able to get some sleep before proceeding to our next flight, however I wasn't happy with the check-in staff and the bathroom condition. There were 2 ladies when we entered and although they looked up at us they turned their faces like no one is there. No eye contact, no greeting and I wasn't informed that I'm eligible for a coupon to the loung until I found out by myself from the reservation confirmation. The bathroom had a bad smell, door was getting stuck, no amenities except for 1 shower cap (we were 3 in the room) and a comb with a note to call reception if we need anything, no hand towel and shampoo dispenser was hardly dispensing any shampoo. Having said that, my daughter forgot her phone at the hotel and we came back running and the cleaning staff was giving it to the receptionist at the same time, we thank them for this
