Fantastic family-friendly stay! The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a fantastic location close to everything we needed. While the pool is on the smaller side, it has a great little water slide that the kids absolutely loved. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful yet kid-approved place to stay!

The greatest asset you have to your Property is your front desk start. She was amazing. I cannot remember her name but really looked after us took care of everything and also gave us an upgrade to Santosa Island for a couple of days thank you kindly He certainly made our trip pleasurable

Terrible staff, zero hospitality and extremely cold. I booked for 2 adults 1 child. The booking showed the same but the staff claimed they had no policy of add on child and had to pay extra for the child. They didn’t allow us to check in and asked us to contact the travel site we booked thru. We were to check out the next day at 12. We came down at 12.18 and they made us pay 25$ more for late check out. Zero information of late check out fee was told to us at check in. This is a cheat and the hotel is not even worth the cost. Cheap hotel demands for cheap staff and policies that steal from clients. Never go here.
