Legit luxury hotel in a great location and at a good price. Beautiful lobby, helpful staff, well designed and spacious rooms. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that I could not find a single glaring flaw. Some very nice hotels have a poorly laid out bathroom. Some have an a/c that is noisy or finicky in its temp control. Some don’t provide free bottled water in the room. Some are perfect everywhere but are just a bit cramped. This one is 4.5/5 across every category. Will def be coming back.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff at check-in were friendly and even gave us a free upgrade to a room with a bath which was a very nice way to relax after a hot and long day of walking. It was a perfect location for us and the public transport around easily connects you with main attractions like Sentosa Island and Marina Bay. Raffles iconic Long Bar is right next door too which was fab!

Location, location, location Fabulous hotel right I the middle of the city. Next door to Raffles and at one end of Orchard Road. There is a massive Mall (Raffles City) opposite where you can buy anything that you may need. It’s within five minutes of the underground system and less than a fifteen minute stroll to all the major attractions. The hotel Itself is very clean and modern with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. The staff were amazing. Leah even recommended a curry house in the suburbs was was wonderful. He made sure to chat with us whenever he saw us and made us feel Even more welcomed. We will stay at the Carlton if we’re ever back in Singapore. Why stay anywhere else when it has everything you need.
