Service was friendly, but our experience with rooms wasn't great. The first room they put us in smelled very musty, strongly of mold. We asked to be moved and noticed that musty room was listed as a pet room (we don't have a pet). The next room they put us in was a smoking room (we don't smoke). The room itself only had a faint smell of smoke, and at that point we just wanted to sleep, but sometimes smoke smell would come in from adjacent rooms, making our stay unpleasant. Disappointing that they didn't ask if a smoking room was ok before they put us in one. We stayed the week since it was a nonrefundable reservation, but next time we'll look elsewhere.
Unknown pet fee, first receptionist wasn’t very nicer or helpful- in the morning the lobby smelled like pot and when walking my dog the first I saw people smoking inside their rooms with the windows open

Close to the highway. Easy on and off. Shower curtain was filthy. Chase lounge has rips. Otherwise decently clean
Our room was very dirty. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed and bathroom had hairs on floor. Our bed sheets were damp and cold. I called downstairs and they moved us rooms. The second room we stayed in had hair and grass in the bed. Don't waste your money on booking this hotel.
The hotel was good and accommodating. The hallways could use some touching up but the room was immaculate. The swimming pool was a bit chilly, but it felt good to get in out of the hot outdoors. I would stay there again.
Dog friendly hotel with a great breakfast and nice hotel staff. We've stayed a few times and it's always clean and everyone working is friendly and helpful. Showing your key card at area restaurants gives you 10% of your meal.
Overall good for price , especially for the price but the room and overall the hotel wasnt especially clean which was disappointing. Good equipment in fitness center
Great location. Close to restaurants and Edinburgh Premium Outlet Mall. Hotel needs an update. I chose the hotel for indoor pool and it was closed for repairs :-(
My wife and I were unable to obtain a hotel room in Indianapolis for the Final Four so we had to search outside the city. We stumbled upon this very inexpensive, decently rated hotel around 30 minutes away from the stadium. The trip to the stadium was quite easy, just get on 65 and follow it to Indy so this was not a big setback. The staff was extremely courteous and the continental breakfast was very ample (biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, coffee, juices, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, apples/oranges). The hotel looks older on the outside but you can tell it is renovated on the inside. The rooms were very clean and well kept, as was the rest of the lobby, hallways, etc. The only complaint I would have is the main lamp providing most of the light in the room was motion sensing and would go off if we were not next to the sensor which was next to the door to the room. Other than that, the beds were plenty comfy and the room temp was regulated by a digital thermostat as opposed to using a dial on the heater/air conditioner itself which was a great feature. Also, directly across the street from a huge outlet store area if you are interested in that. Would definitely recommend
This Hotel is located in close proximity to the Hoosier Horse Park. Very clean, good breakfast, polite personnel.
Stayed for a week. Had everything I needed. Not 5 star but good value for the money.
First I will start off saying that the staff was very friendly when I was checking in they both had smiles on there faces when I came threw the door explained in great detail about the hot breakfast (which i might add our last morning they had great scrabbled eggs) an other great food sausage,pastries cereal I could go on..The room was clean an even had a hand written note welcoming us .Even tho the hotel was 50 min plus from our destination I would still recommed a stay here...TJ raleigh,nc
I was provided good service and would recommend Best Western, I just stayed a night, very clean room, and heat worked great, not too hot, not too cool. Exercise room is a bit older but it worked for me while I was there.
