Just say no! Take a pass on this “resort”

Have never, ever stayed in a hotel that did not have housekeeping service! Shocking to return to room and see unmade beds, trash not emptied, bathroom not cleaned etc. Yuck. If they can’t even provide basic services, why would anyone want to stay there? Noisy A/C. Overpriced restaurants. Paid $8 for one hot dog. No fries. We asked for two rooms, one with 2 beds and handicap accessible. They gave us a king bed. Not helpful fot my niece and mom. Only went so my 88 year old mom could gamble. Never again.

This property is in need of a renovation! Beds have sink holes and room stinks. No maid service for 5 days stay either. The breakfast restaurant ran out of items and did not restock for the 5 days there. Not worth the money for what you get.

Wonderful casino/hotel. Very tight... meets US federal military/intelligence bases and National Labs (e.g. Fermi, Argonne, Sandia, Ft. Bragg) standards of infrastructure and customer service and care.
