Very friendly. Food has really improved. Great pool for kids. Enjoyed the bar entertainment.
Front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The property offered a lot of fun things like putt putt, Tetherball, sand volleyball, walking trail, indoor pool, and decent restaurant. The only thing that threw me was that they don't offer housekeeping in your room during your stay. You could choose to get new towels and linens but had to make your own bed if you wanted to do that. I've just never experienced that before.
Furnishing in the room are outdated, regardless of what the photos show you. Cheap dorm room dressers and TV stand. Big gaps under the room doors. No elevator if ypu need that. And our room was missing the screens on patio sliding door. Hosekeeping: Covid has been over for years, yet they are still "practicing" it in Oct '23. There was a laminated sign in our room that said if you stay multiple nights, there is no housekeeping. So if you need clean sheets or towels, you need to put the dirty ones in a plastic bag and in the hallway. They in turn will give you clean ones back in the plastic bag. You get to make up the bed. I would be ok with that IF they gave me a discount for no housekeeping. This practice is just another way to skim money from the customers and make more on their end. Room WAS NOT worth $190, which was a discounted early week rate for a basic room.
Lots of fun stuff on the property to do!
We went for a concert the hotel didn’t have anything for guests afterwards. The hotel knowing more than half the guest come in town for this event didn’t have anything open for the early evening afterwards.
Room was clean and staff friendly. Easy check in/out. Didn’t know there were shuttles to Brown County Music Center which was an added bonus. Rooms were sold out but we did not notice any noise.Would stay again.
Ute country place not to far from Bloomington
The property has lots of options for play and entertainment. Volleyball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, pool, an a walking path that leads directly from the property. staff is very good and friendly. Food and drinks at the restaurant were good and service was awesome
Best hotel experience ever. Check-in was seamless. Checkout was remote and took ten seconds. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. Beautiful grounds with endless activities and a walking trail. Delicious food at the restaurant. Close parking with handicap accommodation. Staff was friendly and happy to help with anything. Fast and free WiFi. Outlets for charging galore. Will return and stay again when it warms up. This review isn’t sponsored… the hotel was just that good.
Everything was great!
Did not care for the food
the hotel was nice and clean, just the bed were hard.
