front staff was the best, they are kind, quick service and best of all. room was very clean every day, cleaning lady was so nice and did wonderful job. will recommend to others to this hotel any time. I always stay in this hotel just for that.

the hotel was right in Iowan very cute and trendy. It smelled like smoke at night and i believe the smell came from the club that was under the hotel. There was street noise also and many guests came in quite loud in the wee post club hours. One might want to ask for a room not on the street to decrease noise. walked in the area and short walk to subway I would return
I had a pleasant stay at IP Boutique Hotel as always. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet even when facing busy street front. Front Office staff was helpful and spoke good English. I accidentally left valuable in the lobby and the staff made great effort to return the item to me immediately. I will return to stay there again.
I had wonderful stay at IP Boutique Hotel as usual. The Front Desk staff speak good English and were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet even on the street front location. Several good restaurants and shops are just outside the hotel. I will return there again.

A value for money hotel in good location and friendly staff. Most reception staff speak good English. The room was small and most provide small twin beds. There was unpleasant smell from bathroom drain occasionally. The breakfast choices very poor and customers must pay (buy coupons) for breakfast the night before, otherwise the price would be higher if pay at the restaurant, very strange arrangement. The coupons cannot he refunded or cancelled if customers fail to take breakfast.
