The rooms were very spacious. It was basically an apartment. It had a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room, and a dining area. The pool was under renovation, so the kids were disappointed. Overall, great hotel.

Couldn't lock my room door. The swing shift dark haired lady is not nice at all. It's a bit pricey for the noise and the lack of security. The Am ladies are nice. And the plAce is spacious. However it should have cooking kits and a lenient incidental charge.

Wouldn't recommend. Someone broke into our car so we left the hotel 2days before check out date because didn't feel safe anymore. With money we paid for the hotel and to fix the car we can pay for nicer motel and more safe . Spend a little bit more u will not regret like us!!!!!

I was having a great stay until I went to check out. The hotel has security cameras everywhere. When we arrived there was a bag of garbage outside and to the left of our door. The guy at the front desk didn't bother rewinding tapes to see where it came from but instead automatically assumed it was me and as soon as I set the room keys down to check out I was rudely told "you need to go pick fm your garbage up" he sat there and argued with me for a few minutes until he final just said "well we'll review the tapes and then see who did it" um hello shouldn't you have done that in the first place installed of assuming it was me???? Won't stay again because of staff.

Like being at home, the view lets you enjoy the weather from inside, quiet area and close to entertainment. The convenience of being able to do some of your own cooking. Rooms are clean which adds to the comfort. I've stayed her several times and will be staying here again. My home away from home.

I was hoping to find an inexpensive but reasonable accommodation near SEATAC airport for the weekend. There were some pluses to the hotel but overall I was disappointed. On check in I was greeted by a very pleasant young woman who was quite cordial. I got to the room and was immediately overpowered by the stench of stale cigarette smoke. I also noticed numerous large and noticeable cigarette burns in the carpeting. The office had already closed for the evening so. I made the best of it. The bed was comfortable and the linens were not bad. The bathroom was dated and worn but clean. The next morning I asked about switching rooms and was told the hotel was completely booked and there was no way to switch rooms. I left for the day and inquired again on my return in the evening and was told no other rooms were available. The staff both times a requested were curt and less than helpful, The free breakfast in the morning was quite nice. The room was not cleaned after my first night stay but was cleaned after the second, The location is not bad, relatively quiet but not far from the airport. There are some trails close by for running or waking. Overall, had the room been smell free and in slightly better condition I would recommend this place. Unfortunately, the room was in such poor shape that I cannot recommend it, despite the low price.

An apartment converted into a hotel. The rooms were large. And the hotel actually had a lot to offer. I really did not have any problems with the hotel or the staff. Actually the staff was very friendly.

Everything is outdated, really old. There are drug deals going on all night. People coming and going all night. People hanging out in cars all night. Yelling and arguing loudly all night. I had my son with me and did not feel safe being there.

My partner and I were suprised when we arrived at our room! The amount of room and amenities this place had to offer made our stay more than comfortable! The staff was friendly and the location is great! The only downside to this place is that in the really hot summer months ( the time frame we were there) the room may be a little warm to some. That's only because there was so much space to cool with such a small a/c unit. Bring a fan if you stay during the warm season. I'm sure it would be worth it! You'll be glad you chose this place.

It has new print, so it smells bad but the room was clean, and it close to the airport so it was ok

If what you are looking is a place to stay to spend a few hours, I guess it's ok. But still, I would rather spend a few extra bucks in a cleaner and newer hotel.

I didn't really care about these things and none of them effected my stay, I would recommend it to a friend with these notifications as to what to expect. I have stayed there about ten times over the years. It is unique and located in a nice location. 1-No coffee pot and they didn't bring one? 2- No smoking rooms??? Burn holes in floor and a pile of buts out the back. 3- Fire alarm did not blink once? They don't work anyhow, it is always too late. 4- Mercury filled lights? 5- Missing light in bedroom? 6- Bedroom TV didn't work? Didn't need but was never fixed. 7- The heat control numbers were worn off? 8- I reserved a two bed and they put me in a one king? Of course they changed it. 9- They didn't clean up the room the third day? 10- They only gave us one set of towels the second day. 11- Then there is the no picture taking sign? I took one anyway.

Good but the guest on the second floor was too noisy on the first night, and the room description was not clear, you said one king-size bed three times and I thought we have two beds in this room.

Great room for the price we paid. Lots of room with a separate sleeping room. Pool was a plus.

Room not cleaned until 7.30 pm on check-in day. Woke up in middle of night with a cockroach running over my face. Room not made up every day? Promised breakfast stale and inadequate
