Location was good, near the old Town area of Boulder City. The bed was uncomfortable and felt old and worn out. It's a big hotel, but only 9 king-size beds. 6 used in disabled rooms ( we were put in one even though we didn't book that or need it) because the only other 3 king beds were already booked. We were on the ground floor, that was ok except it was so noisy late into the night, and started up again very early in the morning (6am)

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very accommodating and efficiently processed my request to extend my stay one day. I declined maid service and that was fine. I enjoyed meal vouchers to Southwestern Diner across the street. Stopped in the Tap Inn one evening, but not really my crowd and too loud for my tastes. They were friendly though. I would definitely stay again. I prefer Boulder City to hustle and bustle of Vegas. Besides I was long time employee of Reclamation and like the area.

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The property is very clean. The swimming pool was a little chilly but very convenient. Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.
This was the best dam hotel ive ever been to
The room was fine and clean, but we didn't realize, from the pictures, that this is essentially a motel with doors to the outside. There was an elevator but there was only one and the walkway is very bumpy, making it hard to get luggage to the other end of the hotel and several lights were out along the walkway. The pool setting was very nice but the water was very cold. The food and drinks from the bar were good.
We had an awful experience from check in to check out. We reserved 8 rooms for our group. They refused to check us in because we didn’t have a mask. After finally agreeing to check us in, they had a terrible attitude. Without confirming, they checked us out of our room a day early and resold it. The manager was irate and irrational, extremely unprofessional. The manager called the police because we were arguing the situation. Luckily the police came because they were able to get our group refunded for one night and we all left. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and we travel a lot for sports.
