Recently updated, The suite maintains its historical charm and character with hardwood floors and beautiful white columns. Located steps from downtown these accommodations are 4 miles from the popular Cedar Point; Sports Force; Sports Center; and Kalahari.

The space
This beautiful Century Home has 4 Suites/Units. There are 2 full-time residents upstairs and the two lower units are short term rentals. If you are looking for more space you can rent our Modern Farmhouse Themed Suite located across the hall, open your doors and have the entire first floor!

The unit is recently remodeled.

We are in the process of painting the outside and replacing a fence. So you may see us working around the house refreshing the outside.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. The apartment also includes a coffee maker.
