The hotel overall was very dirty. There were dirty handprints on the door. The shower was dirty and had to be recleaned. The refrigerator was rusting on the outside and molding on the inside. I had very few tv channels. Not even simple ones for news. The hallways smelled of marijuana. The only good thing was I accidentally forgot to book for Friday night and only had booked for Saturday and they were able to get me an accommodation for Friday. At a rate of $170 which is completely not worth it for the terrible room. Will not return!

Room cleanliness especially the bathroom (shower), food for breakfast as cold (sausage). Kids running in the hallway at 1am. People smoking in rooms. Front desk didn't assist when called - kids continued to tell and run until 2:40am.

No internet, called 3 times because our 3 channels that we were given to use didnt work and they continued to not work. Morgan at the front desk was way more than helpful but she was on her own the whole time in the front desk on a Saturday night! Wr had to switch rooms 3 times. They have got to get it together there!

The hotel smelled like mildew. The bottom of the pool look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I was not suppose to get charged an incidental, test my card was charged upon check in. The staf, for the most part was very kind and accommodating for what they had. There is o it 25 channels. All local, nothing to watch. It was not great. Their pluming was bad. The sink took a long time to drain. It smells like dry piped coming from the toilet. It was really not good.

When entering the hotel to register - the aroma was awesome. The customer service was great. The room was clean - very homey look and feel. I will remember Comfort Inn for our next Billiard Event travels.
