The room was great. The staff in the breakfast area was rude to my kids and myself. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
The first room given to us was not clean and the sheets weren’t changed. It did not smell good and looked like they hadn’t touched it since the previous guest. The facilities also did not smell good and had an odd odor in the hallways. Overall not a good score for cleanliness, will not be staying again.
The property was very dirty. There was food stuck on the walls, mold on the ceiling and room service didn't even make the beds. You could hear every conversation that was in the hallway as you walked by.
Rode hard and put away dead! This property is poorly managed and poorly maintained. Their version of a safe breakfast consisted of 1000 people following through a single room and trying to grab breakfast that they could then go eat in their hotel rooms. The pool was disgusting and not an employee or clean towel in sight.
Very nice area to stay in, also an amazing hotel!
Multiple things in the rooms didn’t work and there was food left in the fridge and clothes left from the person before us so not a super clean place. Would not stay at again.
Descent hotel close to Cedar Point. Over priced for what it is but given the close proximity to Cedar Point they charge what they can can.
Front desk help was excellent my room seemed to smell a little like wet towels would smell like not Overwhelming but I do feel like it could’ve had more pleasant of a smell
The front desk was a amazingly good with our check in. She found us rooms across the hall from each other that worked perfectly.
The location is great & the breakfast buffet is awesome to start your day!
Check in was quick, front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful
The room it's self was okay but it was the very very last room, farthest away from everything. Better to drive to it then walk down the never-ending hallways. The AC had gravel and very large dead Beatle in it. The room keys didn't give us access into the building. Front desk said E entrance has been giving them problems and to use the D entrance if we still couldn't get in with our new keys. We had to use the other door and walk down the long hallways with all our luggage. The pool it's self was cool, bartenders were very nice. Front desk lady seemed bothered when I called and asked if there were towels to use at the pool or if we had to bring them. The breakfast was horrible. Everything was either soaking in water or oil. Everything had been over microwaved. The second day breakfast was taken up early and 915 and no juice. Only water, coffee, and milk if you could find a container with some in it. Third day we got there at 9 and the only breakfast food was nasty microwaved eggs, three mini waffles stuck to the bottom of the pan, and stale cereal. Again no juice and they knew they ran out and posted sorry signs but there's a Walmart across the street. Not what I paid for. Ended up having to get my son McDonald's. The game room was bad too. It was one of the amenities we were looking forward to and all but one pin ball machine was broken. The TV it just extremely basic, not even a PPV option. We regret spending money on the this place.
The smell in the room was very displeasing. There was a big gap under the door. No cabinet in the bathroom to place toiletries. The pools were very nice. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was good. The customer service was good.
Nice hotel with no rush checking out. I got some good sleep and everything was very clean. I wish the hotel had a water fountain along with the ice machine but other than that decent hotel that’s really close to a lot of stores and restaurants and also cedar point.
Clean, comfortable, inexpensive. I got what I paid for and what I expected.
Cedar point all day. Hotel was busy but quiet and comfortable. Bathroom fan a little noisy but av was quiet. Breakfast was great, busy but flowed ok. Only the foreigners were rude. Everyone else said hello and was respectful.
NIce Hotel. Pool and Bar was nice. Will stay Again
