The room furnitures is OUTDATED, OLD WITH HOLES ON THE COUCH AND SINGLE CHAIR WAS DIRTY. THE BREAKFAST WAS 2 STARS BCUZ THEY ONLY HAD PORK MEATS AND THEY PUT THE PORK IN THE SAME 2 HEATING STEAMER POT WITH THE OTHER BREAKFAST FOOD TO KEEP IT WARM SO MY FAMILY & I WASN'T ABLE TO EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST LIKE THE OTHER VISITORS. WE HAD TO GO OUT & BUY OUR BREAKFAST. ALSO WE HAD TO PAY $15 A DAY FOR PARKING IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT. WE CAME FROM A DIFFERENT STATE WHERE DO PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO PARK WHEN THEY BOOKED A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL PARKING SHOULD BE INCLUDED

Had a comfortable stay here for 3 weeks in their 2BR unit. Their fully equipped kitchen, free airport shuttle/, breakfast and use of laundry machines are a big plus for this hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating as well. My only issue here is the weekly housekeeping. However they provide you essentail items (towels, soap, etc) and trash removal as requested. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. It's definitely a home away from home.

Room was clean, small things for me like new kitchen sponge and dish soap were super helpful. The daily breakfast also took some stress off me, although the similar stuff was offered each morning - fine for someone like me who eats similar stuff at home! Kitchen was equipped to cook small meals. Front staff were always friendly, my family loved the pool and I loved the walking distance to groceries, mall etc. Bed was confortable, sofa bed mattress need replacing.

We have stayed at Sonesta ES Suites, prior to this trip, and continue returning. The rooms are clean, the staff work hard to make the stay amazing, they provide a great breakfast the suites are perfect when traveling with two dogs.

Everything was great. But the heating system didn't work very well, and when we turned on the heat, after a while cold air started blowing. We got a little cold at night. Excellent breakfasts, parking $10, barbecue on site.

This hotel was a real find! It was a nicely fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment perfect for our family. Pet friendly was why we stayed there-but I highly reccomend this property. Great BBQ area, pool and hot tub. Pool was chilly though. Quick jaunt up to the City and the price point made it worth the drive fo our weekend away. We also were close to Burlingame with their amazing restaurants.
