Nice hotel south of Market within walking distance to BART, very clean, quiet, safe, free parking, breakfast included. Also Coffee maker, Refrige and Micro in room. Would def stay here again.

Did not like it here at all! We got up and left early in the morning just to get out of the room as fast as possible. It's got all the necessities but don't book here if you want something in the least bit modern.

When I checked out, I discovered they charged me a higher rate for my second night. Honored the Orbitz rate for the first night, but second night was about doubled. Infuriating and they insisted that was just how it is. For this reason, I'd never go back

Room was OK but not 4 stars. Was in good location though. AND there was parking but not a lot so get your car there before all gone.

We checked in late and I had to park in the street. Showers and room were dated.

The room was big, clean, and equipped with a fridge and a microwave and a coffeemaker.

I was very pleased with everything except the HVAC unit, it's very loud when in cycles, and since it was cold and rainy I had it on all night, because there wasn't enough blankets on the bed. Without earplugs only the most steadfast of sleepers could have slept through the cycles. Maybe if the unit wasn't 36in from the head of the bed. Awesome two person jacuzzi tub, the bed was comfy, staff is great and the little continental breaky was great too.

cheap for SF and located close to the Mascone. Run down hotel in a run down neighborhood. They clean them daily and basics (shower, microwave, wifi) all work.

This place is good for those looking for a place to lay there head after exploring the city. Nothing special other than having parking included. The area isn't the best but the motel itself is secure. Staff was friendly although I didn't really need to interact with them much since I had no problems.

In town for a show at Slim's. Conveniently located for the venue and the BART station. Immediate area wasn't bad and the hotel was relatively peaceful. Didn't need parking, so can't comment about that. I would stay there again.

The staff are very friendly. The room is clean, and the whole experience is quite good. The price is very reasonable.

Comfy and clean beds and towels. Free parking applies on a first come first serve basis. They have about 12 parking spots for maybe 25 or 30 rooms. Rooms weren't the cleanest but I didn't mind that. Breakfast is cereal and Danish and not much else.

good value for the price and location.....nice staff

This was a great place to stay for the price. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful! Breakfast was boring after the 4th day of the same simple things but for the price, it was well worth it!

Front desk extremely helpful and very polite sand excellent value

Old & sleazy. Clunky and noisy AC/Heater units. But friendly staff and good location. Not much to say, but there could be a lot better places for this money.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The inn is very near a MUNI bus stop and only a short, interesting walk from a BART station.

So the hotel is in a great location. Close to many of the bars I frequent :) Hotel management is very nice!! Also very accommodating. Hotel room is a little small but cozy. Definitely can't beat the price. Free breakfast and parking! Definitely a plus in SF. I will definitely be returning.

Booked room for one person. Ended up with 4 people on the trip. They charged me an extra $$$$ (price omitted) to get a room with a second bed when I arrived. I have booked a room for one person at other hotels and as plans change arrived with more, but i have never been charged. I do not believe the charge was fair as the way the front desk person explained to me.

This was the worst hotel i have every tried to stay in. Literal for $30 we could have stayed in the Hilton. The door jam was broken making the door hard to open but also kept it from locking properly. We asked for non smoking but the room smelled horrible like smoke especially when we turned the air on. The pictures on line made the room look spacious but when we got there the were little hobbit rooms. The parking spaces were very small and contrary to the picture on line there is no fountain.
