The photos are NOT accurate. The carpets were filthy. The room was much smaller than what appears in the photos. The room was sprayed with a potent spray to cover the dirty conditions. I did not feel safe. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I also purchased the travel insurance through hotels.com which was a joke. I paid $50 and was only refunded $100 from my cancelation. There are a million better places to stay. I was forced to book this hotel due to DreamForce and paid almost $1000 for two nights and did not stay. I travel to SF 2x a month for work and have stayed in very nice hotels and humble hotels. My top priority is safety and cleanliness, of which this hotel has neither. Please please please do not stay here.

Property rated as 8.2. no way! Room we got had sink outside bathroom and you could touch all 4 walls inside bathroom without moving your feet. photos showed a couch, no room for one in our room. Not a single photo showed a room like ours was possible. I had Expedia on the fone to move hotel as not what was represented but it was already late at night and we had driven 12 hours to get there. Toughed it out. I was very worried about losing the parking spot as it was VERY VERY limited for the number of rooms and no nearby parking for any amount of money!.

The room was pretty spacious and clean. The ice maker on our floor wasn't working so we had to go to another floor for ice. Parking is tight and limited but we were happy to find a spot and used ride share so we didnt lose the space. They claimed there was a communal microwave but we got told otherwise when we asked to use one. It was an enjoyable stay.

Such a great property to stay at. We kept our vehicle safely parked for a couple of days while we checked out San Francisco. The virtual check in lady was so great, I wasn’t sure if she was AI at first and she had a good chuckle with me. We will stay here again when we come back.
