Online pictures were a bit deceiving. We checked in to the room which was doable but a little beat up. We found a dead roach in the restroom and a dead bug in the tub. We ended up leaving and booking another hotel after 30 mins.

The room we got was on the back building of the property that looks like a cheap motel, the elevator was next to the room so the room will vibrate every time the elevator was in use and the mattress was so old that you could hear and feel the mattress springs, horrible experience.

Staff was great, but from pictures I was thinking this would be nicer. Bed was truly uncomfortable with pillows, its 4 days later and my neck still hurts.

The room felt neglated, the area was terrible there was homeless people walking around the property. The electricity went out a couple of times and the shower was clogged. Trash was everywhere on the property. Almost felt like we had to keep checking on the car to make sure it was there.

Be careful - Parking is $20/night. I called the hotel directly before booking the room with Expedia. They said parking is complementary but when I checked in there was a sign that parking is $20/ night. I had no choice but pay. My room was not refreshed even I told them twice. Location was great. It close to SeaWorld and restaurants. I think the hotel room was recently renovated. It was nice and clean but the elevator was old, slow, and not functioning well. We chose to use stairs to the third floor instead of elevator.
