Amazing location and great hosts.

Great location steps from the boardwalk. Hosts were great and facilitated access to bikes from local rental shop.

Great place to stay, lots of things to do around the area, very clean, more than enough room for 4 family members. The Starbucks next door didn’t really bother us, my daughter was the one sleeping closer to it, wasn’t an issue for her. The restaurant around all great food. There’s an indoor pool by Belmont park that is great for the kids. I would stay/ booked this place again.

Great weekender

Booked this place last minute through an app and for some reason, the booking was cancelled. Scott was fantastic to rebook and allow me to spend a great weekend in San Diego. The place is in the heart of Mission beach with great eateries nearby Don’t think about coming here, book now

We had a great stay at this property! Easy walk over to the beach and the pizza place across the street and Starbucks out the back door is awesome for convenience. The location is great when traveling with young adults as there is quite a bit for them to do close by without them needing the car. Beach and some little shops are with in a block. Several restaurants are walkable. Definitely go with a small vehicle as the garage is a tight park but it’s a place to park and those seem to come at a premium. We loved that the garage door shut and locked as did the entry gate to the complex. The condo was clean and cute and well equipped. You don’t need a hair dryer, kitchen had plenty of utensils and dish ware available. They supply a few beach towels too! Save some space in the luggage that way. Laundry on site is a nice perk but you will need supplies. It is a busy area during the day but quiets right down by 11. Owners were super easy to contact for any questions. This is a great “home base” for all your adventures in San Diego. This was a trip to celebrate my son graduating high school and a last big trip before he and his girlfriend go off to college. We had the absolute best time!

Liked, but definitely didn’t love

This is a very basic apartment. Close to Belmont park but mainly facing an alley that was a little sketchy. Check in was a frustrating process. We were not sent the codes and had a fairly circular conversation with the owner about looking at the online manual that is sent via message and not hyperlinked..and also not inclusive of the information we were looking for. The apartment itself was clean however it had no basic items in the kitchen, no salt, no pepper.

San Diego by the beach

My family was in San Diego for a baseball tournament and needed a place for over a week that would accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers ages 16 and 18 that was close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. This VRBO was perfect for our situation. It was fully stocked, had beds for everyone with a nice kitchen and comfy living room. We had a rental car and we’re grateful for the garage below the unit. I was also happy to have access to the laundry room right below us because I had to wash baseball pants every night. The rental is kiddy corner from Belmont park and conveniently located next to a Starbucks. The only con worth mentioning is the upper bunk bed has a spring mattress that was uncomfortable for my 18 year old to sleep on. I’m sure a younger child would be fine on it but she opted to just sleep on the couch instead. You do hear a lot of what’s going on by Belmont and the shops and restaurants but was never too loud as to keep anyone from sleeping.

Great stay

Clean, good location and plenty of space. Master bed was very comfy. Great AC was a plus. Very walkable area with plenty of food and markets right out the door.

Great place within walking distance to Belmont Park and the beach

Great clean place for a small family. You can walk to the beach or explore the many shops and lots of other activities for the whole family at Belmont Park.
