If you only care about location, this is the hotel for you. The rooms are small, depressing, and devoid of personality or decor. They consist of four white walls, a bed, sink, shower, toilet and TV. Our room had a small window with a drab curtain that opened to a dark corridor facing the adjacent building’s grey wall. Even with the curtain open you couldn’t tell what time of day it was. The overhead lighting was blindingly bright and the bathroom light-switch came on with an obnoxiously loud fan that you couldn’t turn off. The hotel lobby is tiny and breakfast was served on a small shelf by the window with very limited seating. A large box of uncovered stale croissants was offered each morning. The hotel parking lot was a three block walk away. The hotel is more affordable than most in the Little Italy area and the staff were amicable, but don’t expect to be impressed with the ambiance because there is none.

Urban Boutique is in a very convenient location in Little Italy, close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. It’s a good option for a short stay if you mainly need a place to sleep and be near everything. The hotel is outdated and feels more like an old college dorm and visible stains everywhere. You can hear people in nearby rooms and above you, so it isn’t very quiet. My room did not have soap and didn’t have enough towels. There is also no daily housekeeping during the stay. Overall, it works for one or two nights because of the location, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay or if you’re looking for comfort and modern amenities. The staff is friendly.

Room cleanliness was gross, the hole room smelled damn trying to be covered with an air freshener. Rust everywhere in the bathroom. Couldn’t sleep because the sheets had a weird smell to them first thing I do in the morning ask if we could get new ones the cleaning lady told us to go ask the front desk then from desk refuses. Saying we barely checked in and service isn’t until check out even after I explained the issue?? Never again.
Hair that doesn’t belong to us obviously sheets weren’t changed. Front desk didn’t care at all.

The room was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were always really friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The only thing relatively annoying was our card keys seemed to get deactivated on a regular basis, but again, staff were very helpful. The location was phenomenal as well. Many fantastic things to do that are well within walking distance. We will definitely return!

The staff out Urban Boutique Hotel are very attentive and super nice. They made our stay welcoming and special. The location of the hotel is next to the fountain in Little Italy and easy walking for everything you need and close proximity to the airport.

Really nice low key hotel in a fantastic neighborhood with everything easy to walk to uber to. I wish I could give more starts because the staff was very nice and location so nice and the price was very affordable for the area, but I had 2 things that ruined my stay: 1) the room had a very strong smell like acetone. I got used too but I was not sure what it was. 2) there is absolutely not isolation between room. I could hear everything from my neighbors including their snoring! Breakfast is very light and I always went too late to get the good bakery.

The room was very nice. Cleaned perfectly. Some power switches didn’t work so we told maintenance and they right on it. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast was very nice grab and go.
