We loved staying right on the ocean, with doors open to listen to the waves and beautiful sunsets. The pictures match the experience. We also liked the central location— it was easy to walk to grab groceries, to go to eat, take walks on the beach, etc. Communication/check-in/check-out was clear and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Price is extremely reasonable

This place has the best views and close to everything. The price is extremely reasonable for being right on the water. The house keeping is truly lacking, but it won't keep me from staying here again.

Second Stay!

This is our second stay at the Capri and it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend staying there and its right on the beach. When we had an issue with the coffee maker, the maintenance person (Darren) went out and had a new one waiting for us when we got back from a few errands.

Location, space, and views! These are all views from the condo! One from the rooftop. When you're tired of the sand, you can head up to the room and enjoy the sound of the waves! Slept with the windows open all night. Would come back.

Beautifully Decorated

The condo had amazing space and was beautifully decorated! Provided beach chairs and other items to make your stay comfortable. The view of the ocean was fantastic, and being on the end provided an additional balcony off the kitchen with a great view of Crystal Pier. Would definitely stay here again!

Capri by the sea

We were at Capri by the sea for 4 days at the peach. The weather was around high 60F, a little cold for us but the sun came out every day. There are plenty to do at the beach, walking along the boardwalk at sunset, the kids love the pool and the sand. We had a great time, will come back for sure.

Magical

The folks at All Seasons are great. The check in process with Alena was a breeze, 'thank you'. Dillon (maintenance guy) is the best, he's been so helpful over the last couple years. The location of 'Capri by the Sea' is magical. See you guys next year.

Spectacular view

We had a wonderful stay. The view can't be better. Surfers in the morning and kite sailors at night. The property is a little dated but the unit we had was clean, comfortable and partially remodeled. They had beach chairs and umbrellas which we really appreciated, and the sunsets from almost every room in the unit were amazing. We would come back!

Our stay at All-Seasons resort San Diego was amazing from start to finish. The check-in process was easy and seamless. The accommodations were spotless, well-appointed, and welcoming. Beautiful property. Gorgeous views.

We would definitely stay here again. It was clean and comfortable. However., we checked in after hours and didn't get info regarding where the keys would be. I had to keep calling to figure that out. We'll be back!

Sunsets are beautiful!

Sunsets are the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The gentlemen that worked the front desk were always very polite and helpful! All the rooms have a beautiful ocean view. The walking path has plenty of shops and restaurants. You can surf, walk, run, skateboard, and roller skate. I walked with my family during the daytime and night. I felt safe. There are plenty of things you can walk to: coffee stands, restaurants, and shops.

Beachfront Stay

This was a beautiful location with excellent views of the ocean and area. The suite was nice and had most amenities needed. The price was high for this building , its quite dated and could use more Improvements. The deck loungers on the roof are old and should be replaced. The pool is also dated but was decent. Overall , we enjoyed the stay and the suite. As mentioned the price was a bit high for this rental.

In Need of Upgrade

The check in, check out and communication with All Seasons Resort was five stars, as well as the cleanliness of the condo. The unit is in desperate need of an update. The paint is peeling/chipped, finishes are coming off the furniture, carpet is very low grade, bedding and towels are cheap. I would have expected better for the price I paid.

Perfect location

We loved this place so much we’re coming back with our older kids in a few months! The condo was very comfortable with smart tvs in every room. The kitchen was stocked well enough but, could definitely use a couple basics like salt and pepper. Other than that, it was just right!

Beautiful Location

Gorgeous location on the beach. Spacious and comfortable with great views. Property was clean with the exception of needing to be dusted (dust covered window screen on smaller bedroom so they couldn't have the window open, on knick-knacks, etc). Check-in was a little confusing but the security guard directed us to right place to check in. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
