Awesome Miaaion Beach Vacation.

Excellent Condo. Very clean and well stocked with games, beach essentials and kitchen needs. Even the kitchen cookware was nicely organized. Responsive management when the garage door would not open. Management answered quickly and took care of issue. Short walk to Belmont park and places to eat. Amazing beach front view. Would stay here again.

Family Trip

We had a great experience at this property. Family of 5 plus the two grandmas fit perfectly with the setup! We enjoyed the beach being so close, Belmont park only a few steps away, as well as being driving distance to any attraction. It was clean, comfortable beds, beach gear, laundry, just everything was thought of. I would recommend this place to any family wanting a great beach vacation!

Perfect location & beautiful view

Our family of 5 loved this property. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. It was an easy walk on the boardwalk to restaurants, Belmont Park or to play basketball/ volleyball on the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed including beach supplies in the garage. We hope to be back again soon!

Great Property and worth every penny

We had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was up to the standards of the listing and we were so impressed with the beautiful views. We had only wished the weather would have been nicer during our stay. It was abnormally cold for the time of year we went but that isn't a reflection on how great this location was. We were grateful for the warm extra blankets they had so we could still sit out on the porch and enjoy the views. the only request we had was instructions on how to light the firepit they offer in the shared space. We did everything we could to try and figure out how to turn it on and light it but we were unsuccessful. Also having a few more dishtowels and washcloths for the kitchen would be helpful for clean up since they have a wonderful kitchen we did a lot of cooking at the home. Other than that I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone. In fact so many of my friends has asked for this listing after they saw me post our pictures of our vacation.

This home is beautiful and in an amazing location. We ran into a couple small challenges in that we couldn't get blinds to work and when we called and texted, we dealt with a company that said "the local agents would be in contact soon" it took until the middle of the next day... but they were all very helpful and kind. Wish they would have been able to let us know that they had chairs and boogie boards and sand toys, but when we called when we were packing for our trip, they said they don't keep inventory on supplies, so we brought our own only to be floored by home much STUFF they had! We tried to get the fireplace to work on the last night and couldn't get it to work and didn't bother trying to call for support. BUT - these minor issues were minor. The location and beauty of this home is amazing!!! Many beachside homes are really, really beat up and old. This is clean and beautiful! Really impressed and would like to come back soon. Loved being on the 2nd and 3rd floor - felt safer and the breeze was amazing. Rent this house!

This house was perfect!! We enjoyed our time here so much. This rental had everything we. needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the whole house is tastefully decorated . Having my morning coffee and sunset drinks on the balcony were my favorite part. I would definetly stay here again.

California Getaway

My adult family of six stayed at this VRBO location for a full week and we were extremely sad when we had to leave. The inside of this rental exceeded our expectations. Everyone was happy with their rooms/bathrooms and thoroughly enjoyed the common area and balconies. It was centrally located so our excursions of kayaking, whale watching, and gas lamp quarter activities were easy to get to. The best part was simply walking out the door and being a few steps from the beach. We would come back to this location in a second.
