Did not check in. Bad neighborhood.
Nice
Room needs some upgrade and service. Run down for the price you pay.
I expected a better experience. The water did not get hot in the shower, the drain stunk badly in the sink and there were not enough covers on the bed. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket as I was cold the previous night and she told me she did not have one. I then asked for extra sheets and she said no, she only had towels. The grab and go breakfast was a granola type breakfast bar, fruit cup and water. There was also only coffee in the rooms. I would not recommend this property.
We checked in there on the 26th. Not the 25th. No blankets on the sheets. Phone's directory buttons were all gone and some other buttons missing. Retraction above door was gone. People sleeping in there car in the hotel parking lot seemed to make no sense.
The bag of small water, granola bar and small fruit bowl is just wrong. We went to visit family further north and stayed at the Hilton. I paid for breakfast each day just the same. They gave you breakfast. Covid is not an excuse to give a bag of (stuff) for breakfast. And know shuttle service. I had to pay another day for my rental car. The room was nice and clean. Just those two things could make all the difference to a person staying.
I was not expecting perfection but when I clicked on extra for free breakfast I was not expecting a bag with a granola, a small water and a very small fruit cup. Some one has got to have the guts to say enough is enough. People have to eat at a hotel just like any place else and Covid is NOT killing all the people they say it is. Masks and social distancing in doors should be enough. Lets get some breakfast going and all the rest. Thank you
When they say breakfast they better mean breakfast not substitutes.
I checked in my family with two sleeping kids 2 and 7 yo at midnight after a long flight and they gave us a room that was not cleaned with beds dirty etc. so we had nowhere to lie down the kids etc.. we had to move all the luggage and of course the sleeping kids to another room after complaining at reception. No compensation was given to us what so ever. I will not stay her again and strongly advice anyone not to book here.
This property is horrible. Dirty inside and out. The non smoking rooms smell awful. Had to call the front desk four times to ask for clean towels after two days (we were booked for the week) finally received one bath towel at 11pm. The night staff isn't friendly. I wouldn't recommend or come back.
There was no light bulb in the lamp, only one in the 2 lights by the bed. Stayed 2 days, no maid service, had to ask for clean towels. They claim free breakfast...it was a bag with a small bottle of water, a fruit cup, and granola bar. Not up to even the lowest expectations. Would not re book. The staff( all 2 of them) were pleasant.
The room had a musty smell that was difficult to endure. Thank goodness we only stayed 7 hours and wore our masks in our sleep.
the tv system is a problem, unique without instructions. I had no tv service for 1/2 of a 2 day stay. the tv has been a continued problem, as i have stayed there before with ALWAYS a tv system problem
The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. There were not enough sitting areas for us in the room and since we had to eat in our room this was miserable. Parking was poorly designed and difficult to use for me because I am handicapped and need room to get out of my vehicle. Rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but since people were allowed to sit outside their rooms and smoke, it made the whole situation smell like smoke. It was noticbly worse the second night. The continental breakfast was a breakfast bar, a packaged children's fruit cup, and a small bottle of water. What a joke! The area was less than ideal so I won't be staying here again no matter what the price is.
Nothing unique. standard hotel, breakfast is continental style. Other hotels offer better breakfast option.
