Would stay here again. Only thing was parking. They offer valet but it’s $65/night. Luckily I was able to find nearby parking. However everything was convenient was a deli market was the corner and melter and Starbucks at the other corner with other food options nearby and grocery store nearby

We do not recommend it

It’s renovated, and bed comfort was ok. Other than that, not good. As we entered the room for the first time there was some water by the washing machine, I was checking if someone left it running but it was off, as I opened the door water began flowing from the washer. I went to use the toilet, flushed it and saw waste water leaking around the toilet. Went to wash my hands, and sink filled up and was slow draining. Flipped my pillow and there was someone’s hair on it…They were overbooked and couldn’t move us. I asked for some bleach to clean around the toilet as we use it for sanitary reasons, the maintenance guy told us to go to the 1st floor and use common restrooms, we stayed on the 5th floor, he also suggested that wasn’t waste water…They didn’t offer any resolution. I highly recommend you stay elsewhere when in San Diego.

This is a great location and the keyless access is fantastic. Very close to great restaurants and to the convention center. Also close to a rental car pick up in case you decide you need a car for the day

Condotel is at the heart of gas lamp district. The check in/out is a breeze, the room is clean and it show that its newly renovated, however the water is not as strong as I would like to have. The only negative was the parking fee, I think $65 for a day is outrageous high, when you actually park for the night as during the day you were out and above.

Great property, everything is brand new, great location in Gaslamp, you have a mini full kitchen complete with burners, microwave and large fridge, internet is included. And an affordable rate, amazing for all forms of travel a great alternative to traditional hotels with most of the amenities. All entertainment apps available on the large TV provided

Customer service isn’t dead

The guy at the front desk Ray is super helpful. My dad had passed away during my stay and he was super empathetic and just a genuine human being. The hotel was nice and centrally located, but Ray made the stay.

It’s a new limited service hotel so everything new No restaurant or bar but each room has a mini kitchen Water temp was not super hot, but not cold. Took shower with only hot water on and was comfy. Water pressure was ok, not great, but that might be a Calif issue. Would def stay again since price is 1/2 of Marriott. Closes to Petco park. Deli across street is good but VERY slow. Order ahead

Great location. Walkable to gaslamp district, little italy, seaside village, etc. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Having a washer and dryer in the room was great!
