Employees nice, helpful.Halls, elevator dirty.Late check-in 3:00 pm and early checkout 11 am rules very inconvenient!!

Good location. Worn out and disgustingly dirty common areas. Noisy with people yelling at all hours and dogs barking in room next door

In a good location, but on a Friday night there were tons of scary people outside; with parking full, I had to park in the back lot. I waited in my car for a half hour before I felt safe to enter hotel. The attendant said there was security, but I never saw anyone. I'm pretty sure the property was being used for drug transactions and prostitution. The property is very run down and dirty; I was also promised a non-smoking room (I was told the whole property was non smoking); this is not true. I had to sleep with my window open the whole night because of my allergic reaction to the smoke. It's a motel, I wasn't expecting much; however, what happened the next day was too much. I requested a late check out with a call to the front desk in the morning as I was running late (long check in process the night before, no sleep with window open all night) to a meeting 10 minutes from the motel and I didn't want to leave my bags in the car with all the suspicious activity I had seen . The women at the front desk told me I could check out at 12:15pm (instead of the 11:00). When I came back to room at 12pm none of my things were there. They had been packed up at front desk because I was "late": water bottle leaked all over important papers, shampoo spilled in clothes, some strange guys hands all over my unmentionables; I got called a liar (no late checkouts allowed), yelled at for being late, and made fun of for being concerned about my things. Just save yourself the headache and stay away!

Enjoyed location and parking. Near restaurants and downtown.

Cockroaches in the rooms!... no shampoo, soap, low on towels, etc

Its very clean. They could have a couple more amenities.

Customer service was great. Answered all my questions ...including Where is the closest fast food lol

Good location, hallways smelled like smoke. But staff were great and room was good.

I liked how affordable it was. Didn’t like how many homeless people were hanging out outside or even in the building. Were also little flies around the sink in our first room, but was able to switch rooms and the second was better. Didn’t have shampoo or conditioner in the shower. But the price was right and location was perfect for us.

Location was great; walkable to most downtown sights and a short drive to Balboa Park. Motel 6 is barebones, so we brought our own toiletries. It was a good home base for being out all day. The staff did a great job taking care of cleaning every day.

The lobby guy was a little sketchy, he looked like he was high on something.

Room offered no complimentary shampoo, etc. Had to come down a d request at front desk.
