The staff was friendly, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our experience. The hallway carpets were extremely dirty and there were strange smells throughout the floor. Our room had almost no lighting, and we even found dead bugs on the bed. Because of this, we decided not to stay and left shortly after checking in. There also appeared to be prostitution and people setting up tents around the hotel, which made the area feel unsafe.

Staff was nice. Property has a lot of houseless people around, but is fairly close to good restaurants and sites. Our room was dirty: mold in shower, metal A/C cover on the ceiling was missing screws and hanging down, sticky floor, and dirty walls. Bed was quite lumpy and bathroom door wouldn’t shut/was hanging on with one hinge. Would not stay there again despite the nice staff.

The place is okay if you are by yourself, not concern about appearance, no more than one or two nights, dirty hallway carpet (clean room), no amenities in the room, not to concern about living your vehicle in an open parking lot (I had my vehicle spray with clear paint throughout and did not notice until I got home the next day 10/21/25), security cameras but not being monitored as homeless people go in and out through the parking lot. The best part of this place, is 15 to 20 minutes walking to Little Italy and Waterfront Park. User be aware....this place is not for every body!!

This has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The bathroom lights didn’t even work, the fan in the bathroom took 5 minutes to kick on. The room stunk of old water, the sink was broken so you had to manually pry open the drain cap. The floor was obviously not mopped as there was gunk stuck there that would have been picked up by just mopping which you can tell they didn’t do. The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, period.
