Had a fantastic time and communication with the management company was top notch. Have already recommended this unit to a few friends and we are looking at returning next year.Great location and amenities. We spent most of our time when not on the beach on the balcony people watching! Would most definitely recommend this property.

Property is in an excellent location, especially if you have children as the water is calm. The home feels spacious, and there are Three nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Patio is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the outdoors and be able to be in the shade the majority of the day. We did arrive to a broken washing machine and terrible smell, but the host warned us before we arrived that they were working to fix it, and it was done the following day as expected. This home could use a deep cleaning and a good paint job, but it’s easier to overlook it because it such a great location!Oh and we were able to have front row seats to the fireworks from Sea World from the patio every night! We enjoyed that, but if someone is sensitive to that type of noise it might be troublesome.

Family Fun

This house was in a great location for all ages!! With the Bay in front and the ocean 2 blocks away it’s a perfect place to relax and be active at any age! We had a wonderful time! The home had everything we needed! Communication was great! 5 stars for sure!

Great location, Walk on to Beach, Peaceful

Truly enjoyed the stay, the condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to activities, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed being on the bayside, less windy and crowds - but then a quick five minute walk to the ocean side beaches. The condo was updated, clean, and comfortable. Enjoyed the views, quiet mornings, and people watching. Easy access to trails for those that like to run, walk, rollerblade, bike. Will definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming property, and I wanted to share my experience. First off, the view from this place is absolutely stunning! Waking up to such a lovely sight was a highlight of my stay. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets felt so soft—definitely a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues during my visit. The property has an older building vibe, which gave it some character but also came with a bit of an old smell. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, so there were times when noise from neighboring units and planes flying overhead made it a bit challenging to relax. 10 am is also quite an early check out time. Lastly, it would be great if the washer and dryer were given a good cleaning, as it could make a big difference for future guests. Overall, if you’re looking for a cozy place to stay with a fantastic view and comfortable accommodations, this spot is a great choice! Just be prepared for some noise and some quirks of an older building. Happy travels!

Great location, beautiful views of the bay

The stay was great. Location is close enough to walk to the beach or just step outside the gate and you are on the Bay. Parking is tight but it did fit a full size suv. It is covered so I don’t suggest carrying anything on top of suv (car rooftop cargo carrier). Beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. Will visit again.

Must Love Airplanes!

This house is adorable! We really enjoyed the Bay side and location. The airplane noise was a surprise to us - 100% of the planes that take off from the San Diego airport fly directly over this house. If you are OK with Airplane Noise it won't bother you. We loved the sea breeze, the view of the bay, watching the snorklers/divers and the overall beach entertainment. Lots of seating for meals and great for walking the beach with dogs.

Perfect Spring Break Location with Young Kids

We had such a great week - house was exactly what we needed from the location to the beach amenities to just the overall comfort. Would highly recommend to any families who want their own space but also convenience to the beach, park, and restaurants/activities. Communication with management company was super clear and easy as well.

A great place to stay

We came to San Diego for a conference my husband was attending for work. We loved staying close to the beach and had great views of the bay. The house was very accommodating and fit our family of 7 perfectly. Property managers sent clear and helpful instructions. Overall a great experience and we would love to visit again!

San Diego Get Away

Property was very nice. Appeared recently updated (within the past year). Property was clean and location made you feel safe. Communication with the Host was good - fairly quick and able to answer all questions. Had all amenities one could need on vaca, including pots, pans, plates, glasses, cookware, cooking seasoning, food storage wraps and bags - very nice touch. Very nice view of Mission Bay and direct access to beach. Short walk to the ocean across the street and other local places to grab food. To note, the bedroom with the attached bath has 2 double beds, not the master or queen bedroom as it appears in the pics. Overall, had a very relaxing time!

Great Views and Vibe

The house is light, airy and breezy. Great views and a front seat for fireworks. Being across the path to the sand is a huge plus as well. Having a kitchen with all the necessary items to cook with was impressive. Lots of places don’t have everything like this one did. One of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed in! I’d definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking a spot in the area.
