On the river walk but about 15 min walk to get to shopping or restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was sweet and very helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom was very awkward. You had to literally stand in the shower to close the door. It only had an inch clearance between the door and the toilet. Overall all I would stay here again.

The accommodations were great, but the staff was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and eager to help. I have stayed at many hotels, and the team at the Hyatt Place San Antonio was a notch above all others. Seriously, I thought we were at the Four Seasons! Oh, and the breakfast was fantastic too!

We stay here whenever we come visit our son who attends Trinity. I like this hotel because parking is easier and cheaper than the other downtown hotels. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the pillows are down pillows. They kill my neck. Other than that, I really like this hotel.

Nice smaller hotel, a short walk from the entertainment area of the riverwalk. It’s on the quiet end, near residential and bed and breakfast places. One mile from the Alamo. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are average with a good sized sitting area. The beds are a little soft for my liking but comfortable nonetheless. The bathroom is a little awkward. The shower and toilet are together in the water closet, and it’s hard to shut the door when you’re in there. The sink is outside the water closet directly at the end of the bed. There is a room safe, but the microwave is down the hall by the ice machine and elevators. There is complementary continental breakfast, a small hotel bar, and snacks. All in all, for the price, it’s a good place to stay.
