I don’t think I have anything good to say about this place. The guy at the front didn’t say much didn’t greet me just said “can I see your ID”. Gave me papers to sign and and my card. I had to ask him okay how do I get through the gate. Then I had to figure figure out what door to go in through that was closest to elevator didn’t even tell me my room numbe or which way was faster there was Noo communication. The room was dirty I was dusty, picked up a towel after I showered and it was nothing but dust, stains in the mattress blankets, restroom mirror and toilet disgusting . Just would never stay here again!!!!

The property it’s located by the freeway And i guess the property it so poorly insulated that you can hear the vehicles like you are sleeping right outside

I don’t know if my gripe is with the property or with orbitz but our experience was pretty much ruined. we booked a room which the booking was accepted but when we get to the property I was told that they were completely sold out. Yet they accepted the booking and they didn’t have that they were sold out like other hotels. So the hotel that orbits switched us to straight up REEKED of cigarettes the blanket has cigarette burns and couldn’t get a wink of sleep due to the smells/ noises of arguing or crying kids.I know a hotel isn’t going to be as peaceful as staying home but they can Atleast make sure that people in the non smoking sections aren’t smoking!
Overall great stay. Clean. Friendly staff. Only problem were the keyless keys. Gated parking was great.

the property was overbooked, and i was not able to stay there. this is unacceptable and hope that this does not happen again.
Upon entering the hotel smells like clean, fresh. The reservation was done erroneously and they were not able to correct it, so that was an inconvenience comma however the rest of the days we stayed there were wonderful.
Right off I-35, 2 pages of rules to follow, feel like you are checking into jail instead of a motel. Small paper thin towels, bed was uncomfortable, Wi-Fi did not work. Linoleum hallways & half of the room. Would not stay here again.
