The smell was very bad, maybe bad drains around the property. The whole hotel had gross and dirty carpet full of stains, dirt, and trash. Place was very unkept. Room shower was dirty and moldy.

This was a terrible stay. We booked 3 rooms for my entire family and I can only say that I am so disappointed. Our rooms got cockroaches, insects, spiders and the carpet was so dirty. I took pictures of the insects before we flushed them in the toilet. The fridge was not cooling up enough, the place was humid and smelly bad, we had to go ask for air freshener at he front desk cause it was unbearable. Maybe the hotel could do better by specifying that the fridge is small and doesn’t have a freezing compartment because we stayed there for a week and would have appreciated a freezer to keep some food . This was a disappointment for us .

No tenía buen servicio las regaderas de la ducha, los de recepción no dieron buena indicación para poder acceder al edificio ya que tenían puerta de seguridad y se demoraban en contestar el citófono y permitir el acceso. Like: Breakfast was good. AC worked well in great heat. Security was good with a controllable gate. Not like: 1: No strainer in the sink; any ring or small item could easily be lost. We told the front desk, but nothing was done. 2: Power sockets were terrible. All were so old that 2-prong plugs would fall out and not make contact! 3. Large towels were of poor quality.
