It had a bad smell by the exit to the Riverwalk, had to buy WiFi or join Hilton rewards, very small fridge. Beds were comfy and view and location was good. Only valet parking available was $55 per night

Room and bathroom were clean, bathroom was very underwhelming and shower did not get hot. I also paid extra for the breakfast, as it was advertised need and breakfast, but this was very unclear that the breakfast is not exclusive to the hotel which made it very inconvenient. Wee could not order breakfast to our room or take it back… We had to get there very early and wait with regular river walk Visitors/ traffic. I didn’t even use my vouchers. And they didn’t comp me for it. Other than that it’s a nice room balconies are great

For the most part it was ok. My husband and I really enjoyed the Lobby bar and our waitress, Pilar, was awesome. That being said, At 2am a bunch of crickets started chirping in our room. I wasn’t about to wake my kids up to move at 2 am but when I talked to the front desk the next morning the girl’s response was, “well there isn’t anything I can do about it now, you should have called us last night.” , I was just informing them for the next guest, I wasn’t asking for a refund. And also, the next morning we ended up finding several crickets and when I went on to the balcony they were crawling up the wall of the balcony. There is a lot of construction across the street so I assume they are coming from there but either way, I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
