Pool was closed tv didn't work and bathroom door lock was broken Construction is going on across the street on on the street so chicking in and no option but to valet for 55 dollars was horrendous The pool being closed is something that should be put on website because the pool was the only reason i picked this hotel! I tried to change dates because the pool was closed and i was going to have to pay more but i was not credited anything for this inconvenience!

Despite this being one of the older properties on the San Antonio Riverwalk, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The valet was reasonably priced. The hotel has been modernized and met all of our expectations. The noise levels were not annoying in the least, and the proximity to the older portion of the Riverwalk, made this a fantastic stay.

I love everything about the property the only thing is the elevators took a long time to get there and the noise of construction.. besides that everything was perfect and loved they had room service until 1am!

We were able to check in early. The front desk, Samuel, was great! From the valet to the house staff, everyone was happy, polite and accommodating. The hotel itself was impeccable and right on the River Walk. Great views. Comfortable rooms.
