It started in the bathroom with the black hair in the sink black hairs on the toilet seat and black hairs on the towels. Is there a problem or we can't remove the hair when we clean or are we overlooking this as it cleaning item? Someone who adjusted the TV to where the screen view was very poor. Overall the room was in okay shape. The hallways were very warm and the elevator lobbies were very hot.
I have had the pleasure of staying at this property a number of times. The first time I stayed here I did not expect too much. The location was great and the price was reasonable. After a number of days and several return stays I have to say I could not be more pleased. The staff at this property could not be more friendly. The rooms are clean and a good size. The breakfast is well organized, clean, well stocked. For a property that deals with folks going to the local family attractions and pretty good size crowds they never give the appearance of being overwhelmed. I will definitely stay here again when in the area and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
First of all, the person at the front desk made us feel safe & welcome. When we walked in, Jacob had just gotten back from checking everything was fine at the hotel. He made our check in super fast, thanked us for being diamond members & gave us a welcome bag with treats. At breakfast, he made sure nothing was missing and made sure we were all doing fine. We would definitely stay here again. We love that the location is very convenient, the staff very friendly & welcoming and a safe place to spend The night with your family.
Convenient and near attractions in the northwest metro. We experienced a leaking toilet pipe from the floor above - dripping onto our toilet. Not good. Breakfast was typical fare. Seemed to be pretty busy. Affordable for the family going to Six Flags, otherwise I'd pass here.
We stayed March 26-26 while in Texas for an acro competition in Boerne. The hotel itself could use a little tlc in places, but was overall great. Kelli at the front desk was very nice during check-in and check-out ... but the real hidden gem there is Jacob. He was so nice every morning during breakfast he would talk to us and conversate, as well as other times when he'd see us going in or out of the hotel. He was very nice, happy and always making jokes with us-which made our stay better. Hope they hold onto him, b/c people like that are hard to find. For the hotel though, I would definitely recommend it. Beds were a tad bit hard but it's nothing that would keep us from staying again.
I needed a relatively inexpensive hotel on very short notice; I rolled the dice and went to this Quality Inn. It was a very good choice. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't hear any noises from other rooms. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast featured a typical array of hotel breakfast items (waffles, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, biscuits/gravy, sausage patties, etc). This is not a fancy hotel and the decor is a bit outdated. But it is a safe, clean and friendly hotel at a good price.
We needed a place on the NW side of San Antonio and Quality Inn proved to be a great spot. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Especially noteworthy was Jackie who prepares the free breakfast each morning. She's friendly and very good at what she does. Thanks Jackie, we'll be back.
WOW!! My husband and I were driving back home afte a week in Phonix visiting the baby son!! lol We did'nt know was Spring Break starting that weekend!! So, no previos arrangement and what a surprise, every hotel was book! Finally I found it at the GPS info, called and Kelly the front desk associate answer and was very helpful. We was so happy we got the room, took us an hour to get there, but fulfill the purpose, we got a good rest to keep driving, The hotel was pack, and the following morning breakfast was a challenge lol :) but good! The hotel need a "Tender care" need to be upgrade, but the staff working is EXCELLENT!! Checking out was with Nancy and was quick and easy.
Typically, Im the type that would rather stay at a 3 or 4 star hotel but these days, Im on a budget, so after much hesitation, I decide to go through with it and purchase 2 star hotel through Hotwire and ended up with Quality Inn . To my surprise, I like this hotel! pros: Smooth check in and check out, friendly staff , spacious room, I had a room with a view of six flags, everything in the room worked. Here's the cons: I can hear door slam from other rooms, had to sleep with ear plugs a/c loud, stains to the carpet and bed sheets. So you ask why the 4 star rating? This is a 2 star hotel folks so yes expectation needs to go down compared to a 3 or 4 star hotel but nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for the good price I got it at and I'm planning to stay here again
We were there as a family with kids to visit Sea World and around, The room was average, nothing to brag about but ok. Although we did have to be moved to another room due to stained sheets. One of our biggest complaints is the lack of "friendly" customer service. How hard is it to smile and be pleasant to your customers, but seemed to be there, And one more important item is, the employee's let there kids hang around the lobby all day and evening, and when you come in to have some coffee and relax in the lounging area , you have to tell their kids to move off so you can sit. Last is the breakfast. Also not so good. Have had much better. So over all I dont think I would recommend the place.
