I checked in at 8 pm and had to use the night window. I have never used the night window unless it was after 10 or 11pm. They gave us a handicap room which should've been saved for someone who needed it. The room was good except ac didnt work right. The best room I have had staying there were room 228, 230 & 241. They have nice desk two end tables in them.

This is a live in hotel with tenants that never sleep! My husband and I arrived along with my mother and her husband and rented different rooms. We just wanted to sleep so we could go see my son play for texas all state at noon. The people that live there were up all night making noise and playing loud music and slamming doors!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! The carpet was filthy and the bathroom looked like they barely attempted to clean it. Horrible place ever.

Room was good for a weekend stay. Clean room. Shower was good. Beds were good. Location was great.

It was easy to check in, no hassle, rooms were ok for what we paid. .

It was horrible I didn't stay. i came out my pocket and booked somewhere else dead bugs horrible smell in the room no help from the staff and when I notified you guys I was told I would be receiving some form of compensation that I never received. Very unsatisfied customer!

Paid $120 per a night, never be justified the cost with the quality it had.

The appliances, TV, and furniture need to be updated. The staff was friendly. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that needs to be fixed, but the water pressure was nice. I would stay Here again, but its odd that the motel 6 down the highway offers more modern rooms for the same price

This is an old hotel under renovation. There's only a few rooms complete if you can call it completed. The bathroom are horrible.

This motel is right next to a busy freeway - the noise was constant all night long. Also it was dirty, cheap, uncomfortable. The breakfast was a joke - cereals and toast only. There were 3 tables only, which were already occupied and people kept coming. i was waiting for my toast when the power went off. We waited for 10 more minutes and decided not to waste more time. That's embarrassing for the motel even to advertise such breakfast!

the hotel is very good , nice breakfast and friendly staff.

It appears that the hotel is under construction. My bath tube needed to be replaced. Several rooms has no beds so I couldn't relocate to a different room. The staff was supportive in the effort to make you as comfortable as possible. For the price I couldn't complain that much

The toilet was busted it stunk like nobodies business.....I was moved to a "better" room with dead bugs in various places. They didn't want reund my money for a second night stating i was compensated and there was nothing wrong with the room...LIES I wouldn't dare use this service had i knew they promote such trash the pictures of the property must be from ten years ago when they first opened because nothing looks as it did on the internet and they promote a sitting area that is non existent. ..I hated it so bad i left without a refund and booked else where a total bust thanx for nothing literally.

It was clean and quite. Nothing negative to say. I liked it

Late check-in means yelling through the window slot since the lobby was closed. Stray/hotel cat around my ankles. Trash can strapped to the stairs stunk. Room A/C was not on but not such a big deal. Room needs renovating, very old property they bought. Was notified in writing that there were about multiple misc. charges is something was missing or left in the room. How? everything was chained down. Bed was hard as a rock, but seemed to be clean. Parking lot could get paved. Came back to the room and found all my furniture piled up onto the bed--they shampooed the carpets while I was gone instead of holding over the room or putting me in another. Wet carpet all night, but clean. I would have hoped they'd clean the room chair also. A little awkward to get to the hotel if coming from the south, but that's a minor detail. Breakfast included was coffee cereal (did not see milk) slices of toast and a few sweet-rolls from the "dollar store".

It is comfortable and price is reasonable to stay so i recommend

Just needed a place to stay for the night and it was not bad for the price. The only bad thing was that the shower head was falling apart other than that everything was pretty good.

I liked the location. It was across Splash Town but the rooms were not that great. They need to be upgraded. The furniture and the over all room atmosphere felt old and dirty.

Its OK for one night stay. Room is decent enough, bathroom is average, breakfast is very basic. Overall its just OK. Wi-Fi is good.

it was very clean. great customer service, but i think it was in a bad location and parking looked like under some type of construction and seemed more like a regular motel.

Room under expectations overall. Towels were dirty. Strongly smelled like smoke. No sitting area as advertised online. TV remote didn't work. Very small room in comparison with other similar hotels.
