Poo was closed due to Covid so that was disappointing for the kids

Because of covid, the facility offered a free breakfast, but it was a pickup and take back to your room. The selection of items was very limited and was not of very good quality. Overall the room was comfortable. Though I am 6'1” and the shower head in the bathroom was easily at 5'5”. Made for a not so comfortable shower.

The staff was the best part about this property. It was refreshing to have such a nice friendly staff !! The friendly helpful faces made our stay a great one.

The front desk person when we checked in Saturday night was really rude. Rolling her eyes and acting like she was bothered by having to be there and do her job. My daughter asked her about the shuttle and she gave her major attitude that my daughter could see clearly. I called and asked for a shuttle back from the river walk before 10 and she was annoyed on the phone taking her breathes and being very curt....it was a nice hotel, the shuttle driver-man with shaved head was very nice and talkative. The room was good, breakfast good. I won’t go back because of that front desk lady. She sucked.

Staff very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast plentiful and tasty.

Nice friendly lady that checked me in. Great customer service caring informative

This hotel is not in downtown. However, it is in walkable area for going to The Alamo and Riverwalk. Things I like about this hotel were free parking, free shuttle bus to downtown, free breakfast, comfortable bedding, and good customer services. I will come back to this hotel when I visit Austin again.

Close to downtown. Very convenient. The beds were awesome.

You go to Holiday Inn Express because you know you're getting a consistent experience and level of quality with each stay, and this one didn't disappoint in any way.

Bad location, hotel staff could be more caring for their customers.

Hotel is further away than expected, but the complimentary shuttle to the Rivercenter, Riverwalk makes up for it. Only bar experience was there was some event with a bunch with a with a school kids and hotel ran out of food about 9am. We missed out on the biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls and bacon... besides that, If that's not important to you then this hotel is perfect

I visited San Antonio for first time a couple of days ago. We had a great experience the hotel.

Was great. Super staff. Convenient. Comfortable. Reasonable.

Great hotel staff, and nice clean rooms. Asked for a recommendation on a restaurant with good drinks and the shuttle driver recommended Rita's on the river great place.

My husband and I love staying at this hotel. Everything was great! Beds were so comfortable. The free breakfast was very good with a good variety of items to eat. All of the staff were so friendly. They have a hotel shuttle which is excellent. We prefer to just leave our car there and have the shuttle drop us off where we need to go in the downtown area. The driver was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very clean with lots of amenities. The pool is lovely. They keep lemonade out all afternoon for guests and the cleaning crew is very friendly. They have a full breakfast bar, not just pastries.

I truly enjoyed my stay here this weekend. We had a total of 5 in our suite. The suite was spacious and great for the 3 adults and 2 children. This hotel is in a great location to get to everything downtown...just minutes away. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great!
