Room service per day is by request no sooner than at 10:00 AM. This was not briefed by desk staff upon check-in. Subsequent inquiry did not reveal management’s rationale, although it is presumed to be due to regional area water conservation pressures. Floors are dirty and not all surfaces that are commonly touched were clean upon check-in.

We booked this hotel for a 2 night stay! First red flag, no hotel name written outside! Bit anyways google map help me get to the correct place! Checkin was ok. By the way no phone guide to call front desk! I was given a number which just keep on ringing and nobody bothered to pick it up! However once we enter room we noticed the fireplace was making noise(most probably low battery) which was annoying! Anyways we informed front desk about it as we were heading out and the front desk assured it will be resolved! After coming back around midnight still the fireplace was not fixed! On asking again about it they lied to me that someone did replace the battery and that they will send someone in 10 min to the room to take it out! That 10 min became 30 min and then an hour and then they told they don't have anyone to fix! They were telling me to take it out bit I refused since I didn't want to take any liability! They keep on lying to me all this while and there only reason we are very busy! After telling repeatedly that we cannot sleep because of the noise they told us to change to a nearby sister hotel! This was all well past midnight around 1 am! No help was provided by the hotel! We had to pack our bags and walk to that hotel in the middle of the night! It was a harrowing experience! Hotels like this don't know the meaning of hospitality! No apology nothing afterwards!

Everything was Great and The Customer Service was from the front desk clerk was 5 Star and over the phone Nicole was very helpful and did great as well. I will highly recommend Wyndham to anyone and Will be staying there again in the future.
