Our stay at La Quinta was only one night and my friend and I were in the accessible rooms due to the fact that we both have some physical limitations. While the room with the bed was very comfy and was very nice in good conditions the bathrooms had a little necessary upkeep needed. One bathroom had a towel bar that was coming off the wall and if anybody grabbed onto it easily, it could’ve been ripped off. They’re also were marks on the wall that did not look like every day dirt it looked like it could be something else that I won’t mention… The bathroom definitely could’ve used more thorough cleaning as they look like on one of the walls. It looked like something white with splashed and it was never wiped off and then it was painted poorly and just wasn’t as fresh as I would’ve hoped.

First off it was a complete surprise that there was a required $100 deposit for incidentals upon check-in. I was advised if I put the $100 on a credit card it would take 3 to 4 business days for it to be returned to me if I paid cash I would get the cash back the following morning. The room I stayed in had paint damage to the walls the plumbing was not properly sealed in the shower and there was a strong musty mold smell throughout the entire first floor of the hotel

As we were dressing I saw a roach in my sink. The place is old and dark. The breakfast area was poor. Messy area and there wasn't much food put out i need to address the staff This was a late booking but will not return

Initially our TV would not connect. Angi the employee did a great job in helping us. On the other hand his manager was not pleasant in a phone conversation to his own employee, The room was nice but the hall way had dead insects and it had a wierd smell like that of chemicals or aniseptic. The breakfast looked anemic and just was not appetizing.
