Very clean hotel with excellent customer service. The hotel room was very clean and the lady that works in the kitchen goes above and beyond to make you feel more than welcomed. The added bonus was the complimentary kick back (dinner) with 3 drinks. I will definitely recommend this hotel 1000%

Nice, spacious room (2 queen bed suite). Housekeeping did a great job daily. The elevators were slow and unreliable. One seemed to never be working during our stay. Breakfast, kickback snack, and happy hour was a very nice perk for our family of five.

Stayed only one evening as in SA on business. Staff greeting at check in and check out were professional and courteous. Room appeared clean and in good order. Fitness room was well appointed with free weights and treadmills and also well kept. Did not partake of breakfast so cannot comment on food but went down at 6am and grabbed coffee and banana and everything was out and ready to be served on time. Even though close to loop 1604, traffic noise was not a problem. I would stay here again.
